Despite her appearance Monday night, it is unlikely that Ginsburg will go to the Capitol on Tuesday. Few things are mandatory for a Supreme Court justice, and attending the State of the Union address is not one of them.

So we don't have any video or images of her there, only news reports that she was.







I mean, it's not like we have any reason to doubt what's reported by the news...right?

There are now over 100 media outlets carrying the story that was first published by ROBERT BARNES of the Washington Post, at 9:01pm this evening.

If you look at the history of Robert Barnes's WaPo articles, (Ref: muckrack.com... ), this Ruth Bader Ginsburg piece, is the only one that's based on "someone said". All of his other reports are court decisions, or research-based.

Barnes is probably overly eager to accept any hint of positive RBG news. Unfortunately, there will be no confirmation that his article is true, unless someone asks Ruth Ginsburg's daughter-in-law, if her mother-in-law was there to watch her sing.

TMZ has been camped out at Ginsburg's house 24/7 for over a month now. They had a video of her leaving home and being taken somewhere, in early January. No additional (reported) sightings of RBG at her home since. Just a report last week of a hearse pulling out of her driveway.

Like one of the commenters said, the concert was to honor RBG, but the narrator didn't mention she was there.

Maybe someone saw a homeless person bundled up in the back and thought it was Ruth Ginsburg. Someone who was so touched by the musical, they mentally converted the homeless person into RBG, and immediately called the SCOTUS reporter at the Washington Post, who whipped out this "breaking news" less than 30 minutes later.

How often did the media and ATS report on Melania Trump after her surgery? She was MIA for awhile. They reported on it DAILY.

RBG? They completely ignore it. All of them. As if they were told to ignore it by someone. Or some group.

RBG makes her first public appearance at a concert in her honor and sits in the back of a dark auditorium. Yeah, right, and only spotted by concert goers and not one picture.

Her son, James Ginsburg said before the concert, that his mother is walking a mile a day and working out twice a week. But not one picture.

They are ALL running cover for her, including Fox News, who doesn't question this narrative at all, and points out in their article that she's not the first Justice who has worked from home after recieving cancer treatments. (Reinquist)

I love how her son claims that RBG walks a mile a day. (And yet, there are zero reports of anyone seeing her doing this walking.) The woman can't stay awake or hold her head up for long periods of time. The idea that she can walk a mile at a stretch is comical.

It is nice that she is recovering and doing well enough to attend public events.
Hopefully we will see her this evening.
Trump should honor here with an honorary degree from trump u or something prestigious like that.

I think you mean RBGs body-double was there... my 6th sense tells me that SC Justice RBG is not in communication with anyone ...and is in 100% care and attendance in her secured recovery room and only will be revealed After the customary timetable/deadline for a replacement nomination by POTUS45 (Trump) has passed...

If RBG is unable to perform her role as a SC Justice, then what is the process for removing her? I would have thought there are provisions for replacing a SC Judge who goes missing.

There is none. And any attempt beyond a constitutional amendment would inevitably flow through the SCOTUS itself, taking forever.

Hagedorn’s tweet has since disappeared.

It's a given that a surgery of this sort is generally followed up with radiation or chemo therapy, isn't it?
