24 weeks is 6 months, why wait that long and then have to worry about finding a doctor that agrees? I don't a think it matters as much as people want to believe and linking it to baby/blood farming is people wanting to feel...

because defects don't are not detected until then... sometimes something might be wrong...but it is not clear until around 25 weeks exactly how bad it is.......then is it a race against time to get an abortion because of the law

Again, a premature baby has about a 90 percent chance at surviving at 28 weeks. That seems like a good benchmark that a fetus is an actual baby

I have had first hand experience of the care system, and I wouldn't leave an

animal in it. As I have said before *care* is a misnomer if ever there was.

If you live in the UK you will have seen in the papers where dozens of autistic

people have been locked away, restrained physically and sexually abused for

years.

I'm sure given the choice they would rather be dead...... you can hardly call

what has and is still happening living.

I find the 'no documentation' thing most interesting. Seems like it's a good cover to tell the mother... "Ok, procedure complete, we're just going to dispose of this for you" and then sell off the child to the pedophiles...

That is a red herring. This law repeals a section of law that literally specified "documentation" but it also replaced it with one that says, "THIS ARTICLE SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND APPLIED CONSISTENT WITH AND SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS AND APPLICABLE AND AUTHORIZED REGULATIONS GOVERNING HEALTH CARE PROCEDURES.", which, in this day and age, includes documentation.

Like I said in the the first page of this thread, those pushing agendas are cherry picking to formulate their arguments.
