I was engaged to a Slovenian national for a couple of years, been there a bunch. It borders Hungary, Italy, Croatia and Austria. Not... Nowhere near Russia, in other words.

This is how you can truly tell this person is reciting a theory he heard, which has been floating around for several years already. The theory changed as it passed hands on the internet. Tesla never claimed to build a time machine, and the original theory didn't claim ot either. It merely proposed that maybe he could have. Interesting coincidences, anyway.

Food for thought. What if Teslas time machine (that he supposedly, probably, kind off build... ) did not allow him to travel through time, but view time ?
