Venazuela and the troika of tyrany

While we look elsewhere strange things are afoot in Venezuela , The Troika of Tyranny has been rolled out by Bolton. Russia has let it be known that they can land there with impunity. All the while the opposition in that country clears everything through the American State department. As America tries to bring Venezuela to heel, are we about to see another oil hotspot develop ever closer to the American mainland.
