The Dems are always on the lookout for new places to scam. Anywhere there is "emergency" funds and government or international assistance flowing into, CGI is right there! That's how these people make their money. They don't actually PRODUCE anything of value.

I don't think Eric is part of the Q team personally. But this sorta stuff is consistent with so many people close to POTUS. They'll never directly endorse or condemn Q. They just drop little hints for those paying attention.
