You really get a sense of the intense hatred and entitlement of the enemies of the state when you look at Brennan's scowl. There is a man who thinks he can do anything with impunity.

Why would anyone expect to find anything of import in a bunch of legal papers? Do people think that a gaggle of lawyers would have the plans for the Death Ray From Space or secret communications helping the hijackers get on the correct planes? This release is sucker bait being played out slowly to maximize payouts from the gullible. The only people who might benefit are the dueling barristers and the objects of their financial affections.

The case itself sounds pretty minor (a pay dispute), but what makes it interesting is that Judge Stephen Reinhardt died before the ruling was issued, but the 9th Circuit just kinda pulled a "Weekend at Bernie's" and counted his vote anyway. And Reinhardt's zombie vote was critical to the majority.

SCOTUS put the kibosh on that, noting that “federal judges are appointed for life, not for eternity.” The case was sent back to the 9th Circuit for reconsideration.

Q says a BIG name is about to drop. Would anyone consider Patton Oswalt a big name? He must be talking about someone else. I wonder if it has anything to do with the Florida bust involving Robert Kraft? There have now been 3 billionaires names that have come out as frequenting this place. One of them the former CEO of Citigroup. That just does not make sense. There is a lot more than a rub n' tug on the menu at that place.

Just going on gut feeling here. As for the "big name", I don't think it has to do with the recent Florida bust. I recently read some developments about the NXIVM case and apparently people are singing like birds ( looking for that source currently.) Q mentioned Weinstein so I'm guessing they're hinting more towards Hollywood than corporate elite.
