for me Q seems to be laying out a desperate lefty mass marketing campaign to pass anti lynching laws and a new narrative shift.
Powerful divisive symbol [lynching]
Push for anti lynching laws to further finger point and project racism 360 degrees
Media blitz on standby for major wagging the dog
FF to make LL subliminally associated with racial attacks
divert attention from [Loretta Lynch]
and/or lay subliminal groundwork for public outcry why the hammer drops .

That may be the case, but it's completely unnecessary if the conspiratorial reaon is to advance an anti-lynching bill in congress as stated in Q2849.

First, the bill is pretty straight forward.

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
FEBRUARY 14, 2019
Referred to the Committee on the Judiciary
AN ACT
S. 488

It does one thing:

(b) TABLE OF SECTIONS AMENDMENT.—The table of 6 sections for chapter 13 of title 18, United States Code, 7 is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 8 249 the following:

‘‘250. Lynching.’’.

Who in there right mind, even if they disagreed with the premise of "hate crime" vs any other crime (which is of course done out of love, especially murder), would vote against such legislation?

Why conspire to advance something so benign and easily passed in congress?

I dunno, maybe they are that stupid.

That bill was voted down in the U.S. Senate in 2018. It was passed by the U.S. Senate on February 15th, two weeks after Smollett's hoax. Kamala Harris SUCCESSFULLY used Smollett's "attempted Lynching" in her arguments to help get it passed.

The wording in that article is a little bit deceiving.

The bill, which was introduced in June by Sens. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), Cory Booker (D-N.J.) and Tim Scott (R-S.C.), had previously passed in the Senate in December, but did not pass in the GOP-majority House before the end of the 115th Congress. The Hill reports that the bill passed Thursday with a voice vote.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's saying that the same bill passed In the Senate on 19 Dec 2018, then passed a second time in the Senate, again by voice vote on 14 Feb 2019.

The misleading part above is, " but did not pass in the GOP-majority House before the end of the 115th Congress."

Well, how could they pass it when it was sent to Congress after they recessed on 13 Dec 2018, and the biggest issue on the table upon return was the government shutdown? It wasn't tabled, or voted down, there simply wasn't time to bring it up for a vote.

So I'm back to my original point, regardless of whether Booker, or Harris used it as an example, it was unnecessary for two reaons. First, it has already passed once by voice vote (I realize it was a different congress with different weighting of D's and R's), and second, there little downside to voting for the bill. It would be political suicide to vote against it.

The only downside would be for someone who would fake this for political reasons, especially when it isn't necessary.

There is more motivation for JS to conspire to do this with the Super Nigeria Bros to advance his career and raise his own profile, than there is to attempt to affect legislative outcomes. I think Booker and Harris are just as dopey as everyone else who jumped, out of the gate, without waiting for the police to do their job, as is so often the case.

Or, everyone of them is just more stupid than I give them credit for, which is entirely possible.

I don't think Q was just blowing smoke, when he repeatedly said over the past two years: "These People Are Stupid".

At any rate, Jussie is now in the Federal DOJ system of investigators. Chicago PD system was tame compared to what he's about to go through. If there's any conspiracy or collusion with top people in government, they will uncover it.

Dashen, I'm catching up so apologies if this has already been raised:

Is the anti-lynching legislation in any way related to the drops about Hillarys links to
Senator Byrd and the Ku Klux Clan?

Weren't the lynchings of coloured people what KKK were famous for in the 20th century?

Is this a way of building a diversionary defence to any claim that Dems are linked to KKK a la "how can Dems be linked with KKK if Dems brought in anti-lynching legislation?"

Aside: Is it possible that KKK are still performing lynchings asa kind of ritual... just more clandestinely on private estates for example?

Because it wasn’t so easily passed, and it failed in the House while the Republicans held it last year. Only this year, with the new Congress and this Jussie crap did that bill finally pass the House.

But they demonstrated some interesting capabilities that left many of us scratching our heads.

read "Sing a song to Jenny first"

that's a hard book to find! I wonder why? /s Oh ... here's a bit that helps explain it's obscurity!

About the Edition Almost chucked out of the Marines in 1952 when they found he had lied about childhood asthma, his reprieve was to join what turned out to be a top-secret commando unit on a lethal, and colorful, odyssey through Manchuria and Northwest China.

The task force was to rendezvous with local insurgents, and blow up laboratories where nuclear materials were stored and research conducted.

Dying of leukemia several decades later, Gardella decided to spill his story, for three reasons. First, the six men sent on the mission were never supposed to get back anyway.

A cryptic 'CIA message ' was found when one of the units' training officers was captured in Manchuria by the very insurgents with whom the commandos were working! The message provides both evidence of betrayal, and title for the book.

Six ships sunk.
Will not return.
They feel the same as most of us.
But hung his name on anyway.
Sing a song to jenny next.

One of the commandos interprets this message as the six men (ships, in the message) are to be abandoned. Also, the North Korean towns Hungnam and Songjen are probably part of a similar operation that should go forward. The training officer is killed by the insurgents and the commandos secure safe passage back to the US by threatening to reveal the whole operation.

Second, Gardella also feels The US government had not kept him apprised of the risk he would get cancer from the exposure to radioctive materials. Finally Gardella felt that times had changed and the promises that he made--to then President Truman who came to visit the lad at a hospital-- were no longer binding.

Interesting, although TBH I'm genuinely wondering what the effects of Fukushima have had and are having Right Now!

Truth be Told, "we're f#cked" . . . they can't stop the 3 reactors whio's "cores" have already 'molten down'! And the 'word is' that it's only going to take another 35-40 YEARS to remove "leftover fuel rods" which are in "storage pools" and are also quite capable ofwe all Have to Find Ourselves] "melting down" and making their own "China Syndrome", albeit in Japan

My ONLY hope is that the amazing World changing knowledge of physics, chemistry and biology which has been surpressed and that once the cabal is truly 'wrapped up' ... out can come the 'good stuff'', the "free energy" devices and the thousands and thousands of remarkable inventions suppressed "for the sake of National (bansters) Security"

The release of this knowledge I believe includes methods and devices which can 'decontaminate' Fukushima and deal with All the waste in a fraction of the time.

How much does 'a' manufacturer 'charge' for their widgets when suddenly ALL it's "energy costs"e.g. gas, electricity become free! suddenly, like over a year or so, ALL "energy" becomes basically FREE!?

But in this new "free world", some things will still have to be done by humans, so we'll all have to share the load, each in our own way but WWG1WGA and the direction we're heading in deserves more consideration imo!

Everyone would pay A small "joining and maintenance fee" -- this # doesn't "happen by accident" so "we the people" would ALL Have To volunteer some time and energy, maybe 15-20hrs a week doing something which "Needs to Be Done"

just a few thought my internet friends

Re; your post about

Sofas and vinyl flooring are poisoning children: Scientists find high levels of toxins that affect brain development in kids exposed to flame retardants

It's been known for some time that the Bisphenol A IS a Big problem esp for children.

everipedia.org...

How does BPA get into the body?

The primary source of exposure to BPA for most people is through the diet. While air, dust, and water are other possible sources of exposure, BPA in food and beverages accounts for the majority of daily human exposure.

Bisphenol A can leach into food from the protective internal epoxy resin coatings of canned foods and from consumer products such as polycarbonate tableware, food storage containers, water bottles, and baby bottles. The degree to which BPA leaches from polycarbonate bottles into liquid may depend more on the temperature of the liquid or bottle, than the age of the container. BPA can also be found in breast milk

www.niehs.nih.gov...

Bisphenol A (known as BPA) is a carbon-based, synthetic compound that is ubiquitous in modern-day life. It’s used in everything from shatter-resistant plastic water bottles and food storage containers to cash register receipts and canned food and drink liners. It’s even in coffee cans and beer kegs.

Despite it being literally impossible to fully avoid, BPA toxic effects are now very well documented in medical literature.

And the findings are not appetizing. The science shows this hormone-disrupting chemical causes widespread damage throughout our bodies. It may seem like something out of a science fiction movie, but the damage can actually linger for generations, impacting an exposed person’s offspring (and their kids and beyond). (1) With facts like these, it’s clear we need to avoid this chemical like the plague and work to get it off the market.

Indeed! And so many more, like the "neonicotiniods" killing the bees etc

and draxe.com... which covers it well

It is used in the manufacture of faom mattresses and their covers ... and it "leaks out" of the plastics in toxic concentrations, beginning shortly after manufacture

AND so, a 'baby's face lying right beside the mattress will inhale MUCH more BPA than it ever should and it's poor system get's overloaded and BOOM "SIDS" aka "cot death" .... and that's not mentioning the plastic floors baby plays on --- that interestingly The Don seems to be switched onto! sweet!

Again, it didn't "fail" in the house. That implys that it was voted down, and it was not.

And BTW, I'm not seeing vote totals anywhere for either voice vote in the senate, 2018 or 2019.

My opinion...

Most people run with what they are told, or wrongly educated with, by a maniputive media and corrupted education system. The public was horrified by lynchings back then. They were not celebrated nor part of the the values . But today it is put out as fact . Like the plaque on the statue of liberty,.

With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your

poor,

Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,

The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.

Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me,

I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

This plaque was placed on the statue years after, by a manipulitive politician. While it sounds honorable it was Never part of the statues design. But today people believe that is what she stands for. Total public manipulation is the goal.

Peace
