Huawei got started by stealing Cisco IP. I have seen code of theirs that still had Cisco property claims in them.

They have been a Chinese state run company from the start and quicky merged the stolen property and gained market share with the most advanced spy technology they had.

I would argue that the US, China Russia are unified, with many others coming into the fold. Unity is unity. Having an army to kill people over fake, false and wholly made up "divide and conquer" differences is not unity and cannot stay any longer.

But I can comment on how it's done.

MKULTRA is Trauma based mind control. Trauma creates dissociation.

There is a continuum of stress, from shock, to PTSD, to DDNOS to DID.

They are looking for people who can dissociate. Dissociation is the key to Trauma based mind control, that is what is mention in all they Q drops, when they mention "what are they looking for in people?" It's the ability to dissociate/past trauma.

Some people are less susceptible and will never dissociate (they often turn to drugs/alcohol when presented with severe Trauma they can't dissociate), some are very susceptible. One key thing they look for or create is trauma early in life, the earlier the better even going to in utero traumatization in the trafficked and bloodline MKULTRA victims.

One Q drop mentioned PTSD+ and it was very telling. PTSD is what happens when the mind can't handle the trauma, it walls it off and the person no longer remembers the trauma consciously (while the subconscious continually plays it over and over, especially when there is a trigger). Once you move past PTSD you get DDNOS. Dissociative Disorder Not Otherwise Specified. This is where there trauma has so fractured the mind that different fragments are formed and each fragment remembers certain things. This is where they need people to be to start creating mind control where the person won't remember. When you go further on the spectrum you get to full DID which is Dissociative Identity Disorder where people form full personalities in each of those fragments. Each fragment forms a personality and periodically takes control of the system.

But how do you describe DDNOS? The temptation might be to describe it in terms of what it is lacking – “It’s sort of DID except not quite” or “It’s like PTSD but with more dissociation.”

3. People suffering dissociative symptoms who have been subject to “periods of prolonged and intense coercive persuasion (eg, brainwashing, thought reform, or indoctrination while captive).”

They don't want that DID, because they are not in control. They want DDNOS. Or PTSD+ so that they can mold the fragments into doing useful actions that the other parts won't remember.
