Exactly - also in the article, they are selling hacking tools and a database full of zero day vulnerabilities to the Russian and Chinese governments. I dont know if that is illegal, but it sure doesnt seem ethical to me, with them being a US based defense contractor and all.

I know about export control as part of my job. ITAR covers products with military applications. It includes weapons of course, but optical sights, encryption software, and a wide varierty of other items fall under it as well. ITAR items face heavy export restrictions. People can and do get sent to prison for trying to smuggle these items out of the country illegally.

Basically, what Gateway Pundit uncovered is this company was illegally exporting sensitive technology. All of the items they list (advanced intelligence systems, surveillance, thermal cameras, sensors, radar, C4I and cyber warfare systems) would likely need special permission to be sold outside the United States, and getting permission to sell it to a country like Russia or China would be a rather epic challenge. The company was also violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by bribing foreign officials. This same company was paying the Clintons generous fees for their "endorsement" of the company, and by an amazing coincidence FBI investigations into the company were shut down.

Overall, it looks like an open-and-shut case of the Clintons taking bribes to obstruct justice.

I have noticed the NYT, WaPo, and CNN's written articles, use similar tactics of slipping in "questionable" adjectives to describe something, always leaving a subconscious notion of how they want you to perceive the information. In this case, they snuck in the word 'debunked' as if it were a fact.

However, if you are awake to their tactics and knowledgeable about the issue, it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Yes, "debunked" means the argument is over. Like "settled science" and the myriad of over C_A buzzword triggers installed into the collective.

Stories are laid out the way they want people to read - headline matters first, bury the lede (few get that far) and use the buzzwords where the eye falls naturally onto the page. There is a "story" and an entire sublayer of contextual control built into the construction of new stories.

For reasons I won't go into, I was somewhere where the VICE teeeeeveeee network was often on. I could tell just by the muffled sound I heard from another room that VICE was on rather than another network/show simply by the sound pattern - the entire network of VICE "news" shows are exactly the same sound pattern - the programming is to be found there.

No it doesn't.

They are not US based. The most damning evidence is that:

AGT’s iAGT Access Portal shows that companies under the AGT umbrella were using the same email, file depository, and messaging systems

Hosting does not a headquarters make. Nothing in this article makes it an open and shut case.

To say the Clinton's and Clinton Foundation aren't part of the Uranium One deal is disengenious is to not look at the facts we know, let alone the facts investigators have uncovered.

They got paid for the access to make it happen.

What do you mean they're not US based. Did you read the article at all? Their offices are on Park Avenue in NYC. Theres a whole section in there about how there are trying to get around US law by having offices in Switzerland.

Where did the tech originate from? All the tech seems to be proprietary to the US parts of their biz and subject to stringent controls.

Part 3 will probably fill in some gaps. Why would the DOJ be investigating them if they were so above the board.

Plus the aliases they created for some of their employees seems to indicate they knew they were doing some shady dealings.
