Do YOU think Q is some kind of prosecutor? Do YOU think that Q is some kind of law enforcement investigator? Nobody knows exactly what Qs function is behind the scenes yet.

The elephant in the room that you are obviously trying to ignore is that before, those indictments would never ever see the light of day if they happened, the complicit fake news would cover it ALL up.

The difference now is that whether they cover it up or not, WE ARE ALL HERE spreading the information, and researching to verify, and even finding related material and history.

When information of criminal activity becomes widespread, you then hold the prosecutors accountable, they must do their job as intended... if they don't then that's their head. No hiding and no excuses with so much light shining on everything.
