The CNN report says, "as early as next week". If Mueller finished/reported 2 years from now, that CNN statement would still be true. Slimy bastards run CNN.

I just assumed that with so many people still being investigated it would not be true.

When doesn't "q" lie though? he has been called out numerous times, posted countless amounts of false evidence, and false claims, fake and photo-shopped images and attempted to rewrite "history" to fit their narrative
