More evidence that the Dems know Russian Collusion is a dead issue.

Maxine Waters was on CNBC, and she was highlighting how she's going to investigate Trump's ties to Deutche Bank. She also said she's not waiting for Mueller, in a way which suggests she knows Mueller's report isn't going to contain any kind of smoking gun that will justify impeachment.

Deutche Bank is under investigation for money laundering. Of course, the usual gang of anti-Trumpers are hoping that this will somehow lead to Trump. I doubt most of them even understand what money laundering is***. I bet you they think if they can somehow daisy-chain a link between Trump and some Russian entity (in the style of "6 degrees of separation") then that will be "evidence."

*** Money laundering is when someone with illicit income uses tactics to disguise the source of his income, making it appear the income was earned legitimately.

Try to follow my logic here. Hillary has been making noises recently about running for president again. Some are speculating that the outing of Kamala's affair (and subsequent reward with government positions), and the re-surfacing of an old video of Bernie Sanders in the Soviet Union are being orchestrated by Hillary, to push aside the candidates which might present a credible challenge.

Now, the response of basically everybody, D or R, has been something like this: a giant facepalm, and wondering aloud how she cold possibly think she might still be electable.

But, what if this is how Trump is going to ensure his re-election? By making sure he ends up running against the same woman he beat last time, and would be easily able to defeat again? If he has the Clintons nailed (for example, on money laundering via the Clinton Foundation), then they might be willing to deliberately throw the election if it means they don't spend their retirement years in a federal prison.

Trump wants to stay in office long enough to set things right and leave a legacy. If he can do it after one term, I think he'll leave while he is at the top.

Many of the noisy dems have been quiet or the MSM hasn't been covering them. Bumbling Barry and Michelle seem to be out of the public eye. It is still possible to buy overpriced tickets to Michelle's book whine. Dubya is in hiding. Hillary is still babbling but is she trying to gain favor or just rambling? I thought that the Christmas pictures were telling. Dubya was current with his family. BHO and WJC pics were old and both were from times when they were in office.

I had forgotten about that. I really do want to see Bill & Hillary face justice, so I'm actually glad Q has previously refuted my theory.

As for Nancy, I'm seriously wondering if they're keeping Ginsburg on ice (possibly literally) until just a day or so before the SOTU address, when her death will be announced, giving them an excuse to delay the address again. Basically, it will be a repeat of the Bush Sr. stalling tactic.

Not specifically, but it's certainly possible. He's still one of the top Dems for 2020. If Hillary really is trying to sabotage her competitors, I'm wondering what she has planned for Joe Biden?
