Full screening the video will introduce artifacts.

Yes, but the artifact-square (in at least the youtube) is specific to the moving object.

If you look closely at the object it looks like it was copied from the mountain-rim-meets-sky-clouds of the background and flipped upside down.

you can't judge the video by looking at the youtube version, which was recompressed by youtube, which introduced new artifacts. the first clip they've posted was edited by them, then recompressed, then recompressed (again!) by youtube, which is even worse.

grab the original, then judge the artifacts.

got the raw copy.

damn, this seems legit. what's interesting is the fact that the UFO seems to maintain constant height above ground level - when it gets out of the tree line, it goes down for a bit, following the slope, then zips past the camera at constant height.

Thats the whole question just what is real?

What constitutes a thing as being real, is easy, you see it you touch it, and know about it, and so do others. And what constitute real in videos is the same thing, you dont see people calling a video of a lion pride as a hoax now do you, because if wanted to one can go out and see said lions.

The second thing people take as real in videos is if some higher authority is saying its real. Now if this same video or even the ones with nothing but squiggly lines and pixelated out of focus of dots flying in the sky was released by NASA and they said this is a UFO.

Well there would be no question from people that it is real and they exist. You may even have cults spring up if they did that, even though nobody in said cult ever actually saw one. I mean more so then there are now that is.

But if a guy posts his picture or vid online of the same thing, well then its just a out of focus hoax. And if its crystal clear that you can see the nose hair in people noses? Then its off course CGI,it may be good CGI, even extremely real like CGI, but ultimately still CGI. Hence not real.

So ya, in the end the only thing videos of UFOS or aliens prove is that videos of UFOS and aliens exist. And then offcourse that brings in the whole question of what is real on video, leading to such things as the moon landings or even if space is real. But thats another thread, one that has been done to death as well.

After all if seeing is believing, then it could be just as likely that everything else is merely accepting a wildly accepted mass believe. For all intensive purposes, may even be a religion. And what is a religion you ask? Or I did, just there. Why! A religion is that thing that people believe, which they don't really know why they believe, but they believe it anyways.

The very real definition of religion indeed. But the bells and whistles people like to use, while being more fancy sounding, actually mean less.

So ya just what is considered real? An actual phenomenon that everybody or a good percentage of people can see with there own eyes, or something that is accepted as real on a mass scale because they seen it with there own eyes or can experience it in one form or another. Pretty much that may be the only thing that can be said to be real. After all nobody is disputing the videos online about tornadoes or cats or trump.

But then again. Dont forget that not that long ago it was wildly accepted that there was a man in the sky who watched everything, and before that, well there was a pantheon of people in the sky who watched us. But in the end that may have only existed in the collective heads of certain peoples. And believe it or not people believed that to, some to the point of death. But even if they believed in a god or gods and died for it.

Well it does not mean anything beyond that, that they believed in it, and they died for it. And people today still believe and die, and will die for what may amount to but a wildly popular and mass approved believe.

So what is real?

As for them landing in Scotland yard for a chat, or at the white house. Well if they exist, they obviously do not consider any of this of any importance as they don't even stop to say "hey" as they drive by, now do they? In fact they dont even change course or break speed, they may not even care if there seen or not for all we like to think that there being sneaky, they may not even know the meaning of the word, they could just be operating on a different level, that is all.

In fact if they exist they may not even notice us, or care, so aliens in UFOs chatting up us, looks about as likely as us chatting up gofers we glimpse in a field while on long car trip to wherever it is were going.

And if its all hoaxer? Then you got them every few months trying and plying there craft for some wacky reason even though it is quite obvious that videos prove absolutely nothing, years and years have proven that by now, and why make such crappy videos anyways? There are 15 yr olds out there who have the computer skills to make better CGI, much less better blobs on a out of focus screen. And who knows it could be even others consistently keeping this thing alive for whatever reason. Like some bad glitchy, artifact prone to shaky camera and blurry low resolution cult, or who knows what.

And even that is not likely.

Or it could mean absolutely noting, not everything has to have a meaning. In fact in the grand scheme of things most things if not all things. Have no meaning. One day they are simply there, then the next gone. We give things meanings, and even that will be gone once were gone. So in the end, nothing really has meaning.

And so, ya. Forget about answering the question. Just what is real? When answering the question what is a real video may be out of our grasp. Just more reasons why the only thing that UFOs on video prove, or will ever likely prove, is that UFO videos exist.

Which is why everytime there is a video like this or others. What is the usual and first response to it?

How can any of it, ever prove anything else is more the question. So what data can one gather from a video? Compression artifacts? Date stamps? If something moves a certain way or shadows on the ground, or bugs in the foreground, a flock of seagulls in the distance perhaps. Ya like all of that not be faked, and its more like why would anybody even bother, since even if it was real, whatever that means. It will just be automatically be taken as fake anyways.

Compression artifacts, Seems kind of almost pointless in the face of things. And it seems that way, because it is. I myself personally prefer swamp gas or Chinese lanterns, or maybe even lighted drones. Though those are not as popular now a days it seems.

But its those little touches that make things interesting, kind of like adding tits on bigfoot, or bigfoot suits, just to spice things up. But in the end, just what do people consider to be real. Is a simple question to answer, its an elementary question.

Seems a bit strange that it appears a solid object at a distance but the closer it gets to the camera it appears to become transparent.

that's called motion blur. it's moving too fast.

Put that down to the blurring due to its speed in relation to the camera's shutter speed.

12,600 mph and it didnt even create a breeze in the trees below it.

If these objects "move" like Bob Lazar says that they do, then they do not disturb the atmosphere at all. They warp space/time in the direction they want to travel and are then pulled into that void. Certainly do not understand how, but it would explain how they can seamlessly enter and exit water without any disturbance as witnessed.

If real, it is just an astounding capability.

I don't know what to think about this sighting because it looks more like a drone but my husband and I both witnessed a definite ufo in Tremonton Utah in October of 2014. My husband and I went out on our back patio of our townhouse around 10pm and we both were enjoying sky gazing at the amazing stars when out of nowhere a massive completely silent Chevron shaped craft enveloped the sky above the mountain. I looked at my husband and I said what the "eff" is that? It literally hovered in the same spot ending a weird blue flow and then completely disappeared, not flew off, not dissipated into the horizon just straight up vanished. It never made a sound, not once, no engines, no booms, just disappeared. It scared both my husband and I, and is something we still wonder about to this day. As a former member of the US Air Force and the daughter of a Navy SEAL I have never seen any American aircraft like it. I can't think of any American aircraft that glows blue in the shape of a Chevron, hovers for half a minute and then completely disappears without any sound. I was six weeks pregnant at the time and had and ultrasound a week prior to confirm my pregnancy with a heartbeat. I miscarried the very next day in the morning. My doctor performed another ultrasound and I had absolutely nothing in my uterus, no signs of the pregnancy I had had the week before. It makes me wonder if our exposure to that event caused my sudden miscarriage. What bothered me the most though was that it showed that my uterus essentially had never had a pregnancy even though my doctor had ultrasound proof from the week before to prove otherwise. It baffled him. He was literally at a looks for words as to why it showed I had never been pregnant even though he had diagnosed the pregnancy.I Very strange and very disturbing. After this event happened my husband and I continued to try to have another baby. We got pregnant right away and went to the doctor at 9 weeks for our first ultrasound and lo and behold when the doctor did our ultrasound there was no baby inside of my uterus, he sent me to the ER to check for where the fetus had implanted but they couldn't find it anywhere so they gave me a shot in case I had an ectpoic pregnancy even though they couldn't find a 9 week embryo like my hormone levels suggested I was carrying. My doctor decided to give me a shot to dissolve any fetal tissue and end my pregnancy. We were upset but knew it was necessary. Six months later we finally conceived again and were very excited. We went to our first appointment at 5 almost 6 weeks and our baby was there with a strong heartbeat, we were over joyed and excited. At 9 weeks we went back and they did another ultrasound and it showed nothing. No baby, no heartbeat, nothing. Like I had never even been pregnant. I immediately found a specialist to see me who took me in for an ultrasound four hours after my doctor's appointment that day to confirm my doctor's findings to rule out a possible ectopic pregnancy and he showed that my uterus had no signs of pregnancy even though he could see from my own records I infact was pregnant. He called it a missed abortion even though I had no bleeding, nothing. Six months later to the day I went to my doctor again to see my pregnancy on ultrasound and my doctor could find only a small amount of fluid in my uterus and a completely formed 10 week fetus in my right tube. I had absolutely no bleeding and no pain but there it was a perfectly formed healthy fetus in my tube with a very strong heartbeat. They immediately rushed me into surgery and removed not only the ectopic baby but both of my tubes. My surgeon asked me after surgery if I had ever surgery to remove fibroids in the past which I told him know, he said that's odd, you have scars in your uterus that suggest you had surgery before. This experience has left me so puzzled as how on Earth could I have scars from surgery's I have never had. I'm not a quack or a nut job. I'm just a normal person, a normal mom, yes I have had family in very high levels of government and politics and also married into a family with the same background. I guess what I am wondering, and I'm really reaching here, is it possible that because of my background and family history I endured so many pregnancy losses? It's very concerning and only reinforces my decision to be made surgically sterile. I went from having three extremely healthy pregnancies to four completely weird unexplained losses even though all tests showed I was completely normal and very fertile. It's baffling and I would love to know why and what caused it. I'm just glad I never have to go through it again. I may be reaching but I honestly feel what happened to me want just nature it was something else. What I don't know, but I can't be the only American woman this has happened to.

It looks to be very low...if you look to the right of the screen you can see posts, for what looks like power lines.

If it was flying that low, would it not hit any power lines?🤔

this is absolutely insane. i truly believe we're on the verge of something new, and it'll require a lot of intellectual room on all of our parts to make sense of what's coming.

CGI.. lol.

one thing i did notice though - when looking through these youtube links on my phone, i noticed that one of these videos have a 'Luis Elizondo' attributed to them.

i'm sorry, because i know this has been discussed ad nauseum, but that new york times article, in my opinion, was a soft public acknowledgment of what's coming.

Glowing Auras and 'Black Money'

For years, the program investigated reports of unidentified flying objects, according to Defense Department officials, interviews with program participants and records obtained by The New York Times. It was run by a military intelligence official,Luis Elizondo, on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring, deep within the building’s maze.

i think it's fair to call this what it is at this point - gradual disclosure. my seatbelt is strapped in tight. thanks OP.

sounds like it didn't disappear but you had your memory altered. you could've been taken, your child removed from your body, then you were left back in the same spot with no memory of the event. the moment you regained consciousness, the UFO was gone.

did you consider hypnotic regression?

"attributed"? it's just a tag to get attention from people searching for stuff related to him. i wouldn't read too much into it.

Have you managed to find anything interesting in the raw footage?

I'm pretty bewildered by this, tbh, becuse there is a lot of very similar footage floating around, also shot from drones. Even the ufo looks similar.

Too bad it is just a white blob at that speed.

What would be inreresting to discover is if its path can be traced further back. Can it be seen earlier in the raw footage?

The guy who originally published the clip seems pretty confident it is real (or if it is fake that they won't be easily caught)...

The furthest back I can catch it is 1.47.17 just coming down the treeline. (Premiere Pro @ 400% zoom)

Ok, thanks. I have to look at it when I get off mobile later.
I think the entry and exit points might be interesting to analyze.

Odd that a frame rate of 59.94 would be selected when the norm is 24 fps.

Not at all odd.24 FPS has been the norm for film back to the first movies with soundtracks on them, and is normally only used now by cool kids who want to be 'cinematic'.30 FPS is more the default frame rate now,and 60 FPS (Or 59.94) would normally be used if they later intended to slow it down.
