It's way past time for her to go.
The way her misery has been prolonged for political benefit by the Dems is self-serving and cruel to the very old and very ill woman.

They'd work her to death if it served their puposes...and it does.

I know I might be a minority here at ATS - but I admire Justice Ginsberg very much

Having said that, she should retire. The liberals in this country have asked too much of her this past year, and I can only imagine the pressure she must have felt to fight the good fight for them. I know probably for herself too

There's nothing more she can do, and the court is going to go the way it's going to go with her or without her. She deserves a rest - guilt free. She's done a good job

It would be a wonderful thing if the court could move on without becoming a partisan institution. It would be better for all of us. We'll see

Democrats ask her to delay her retirement as long as possible so they can invent dirt on her potential replacement.

Personally I think she has already passed or is incapacitated.

From the Article,

Speaking privately, a law clerk says the Justice's Cancer has come out of remission

Editor's Note; We first posted this story in September, 2018. Sadly we were correct, as Justice Ginsburg underwent surgery on December 15th to remove a cancerous growth from her lungs. We are reposting it since so many people contacted us to ask if it was true, which sadly, it is. She did not appear for oral arguments on January 7, 2019, & it is becoming increasingly clear that she will not ever return to the bench.

I can't speak to the source but there it is.

Who will Trump appoint to take her place?

She dead.

No one at that age, battles cancer that many times and is going to live through a a bunch of broken ribs..

All kinds of complications can happen.

If she even broke her ribs which is a 50/50 proposition.

You thought the Democrats were driving the crazy train during Kavanaugh? Just wait for this nuclear meltdown. It's going to be glorious.

I have to wonder about the movie about her. The point of it, the timing everything. Far too convenient and when you consider the incestuous relationship between Hollywood and the Democrats......

The movie was to be released November 9, 2018. That was pushed back to limited release on December 25, 2018 with full release on January 11, 2019.

Oh what's that? November 09 you say? Why that is a mere 2 days after her "rib" injury. Hmm what a coincidence!!! Fancy that. Its almost as if there might have been some connection between Hollywierd and the Ginsberg family.

Like maybe someone knew she was really ill and helped delay the movies release until she died. After all if the movie comes out November 09 and they thought Ruthie might live to February it would be a waste to release a crappy movie no one will see 3-5 months before her death.

What better way to rile up the Democrat base than to have this movie come out WHEN she is pronounced dead? This way they can propagandize the crap out of Ruthie using a movie passed off as fact but that actually serves to whitewash her backstory for the low info/IQ Democrat voter.

If they announce her death within days of the movies release or within a week of release, remember this post and think about it when you see the demands for the Republicans to replace her with another female leftist saint.

Watch. She will be pronounced dead between right now and the 16th.

Oh and remember how I alluded to a possible connection between PedoWood and the Ginsberg Clan?

Yeah about that, Daniel Stiepleman the screenwriter of the movie is........her nephew. In fact you might have read one of the 1000 articles and interviews he has done the last 3 weeks. The articles are replete with every glowing term you can think of to describe her.

No mention of her arguing in favor of lowering age of consent to age 12, which in my opinion makes her an amoral scumbag with pedophiliac tendencies. Why else would you argue FOR that?

Sorry for the rambling rant. Juggling a few things at once right now lol. If something I wrote is confusing just hit me up and I'll fix the wording or whatever the issue is.

Ginsburg misses third consecutive day at Supreme Court

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was absent from the bench for a third straight day on Wednesday. Chief Justice John Roberts said Ginsburg was unable to be present for arguments but would participate in deciding Wednesday's case via briefs and transcripts of oral arguments.

How about a teleconference ? Why is she suddenly invisible ?

When was the last time anyone actually laid eyes on her? It's been sometime.

May she hear the cries of the millions of innocents she was instrumental in murdering for an eternity.

She has been in the Supreme court for decades and has been doing her job even though she has had major problems. But maybe it is time to pass on the staff to someone else. Sooner or later age associated problems get to everyone.

I also wonder who Trump will try to get appointed, I hope it is someone who is able to get along with both sides, although we all know all Democrats would vote no to a Trump pick. Trump could pick god and the Democrats would not give god one vote.

An easy way to check on her.

The First Lady should go and visit the sick and take a box of chocolates.

The Secret Service would find out in an instant as they secured the floor.

Pretty frail, but with more strength that I have seen in some HRC vids.

I will wait before I believe she plans to retire this month.
Especially since I have read reports that there may have been more than one kind of tumor removed from her lung.

Most people who have endured these 3 cancers (Colon, Pancreatic, Lung) like Ginsburg, don't make it to age 85.

She's a tenacious fighter!

True, but the article I read opines that if she had more than one kind of tumor removed, there is a likelihood of an old cancer metastasizing.
You might be more savvy about that than I.

Her luck and good genes may be running out of real estate.
If so, I hope she uses her days wisely.

I admire what she's accomplished but not many of her beliefs. Such as her belief the South Africa constitution is superior to our own.

The justices should tee-up cases that are most important to Ruth. Give her a chance to vote on them, while there's still time. After all, I've read that they're like a close-knit family.

Do we actually know RBG is/was such a wonderful person?
It seems the Left portrays her as a saint...but, aside from being sick and old and famous, she could just as easily be a total pos.

Perhaps the world would've been a much better place without her.

She's extremely old, suffering, obviously in pain and in a state of constant exhaustion and confusion...any relatively recent rulings she has made should be questioned and perhaps rexamined due to possible dementia and/or chemo-brain.

This is one of those times when it helps to read what she actually said

Instead of what people want you to believe she said

Did she really say that?

Santorum’s take on Ginsburg’s comments twisted a handful of words to mean something that they did not. He earns a False.
