Faux gridlock, yes. And so that Mueller's investigation can end like Starr's...impeachment in the House, acquittal in the Senate. The grand and very expensive distraction is destined to play out that way, IMO.

Gotta keep the voters sharply divided so they don't catch on that the ones they vote for are not.

They won by "finding" all of those misplaced votes.They probably
have them stashed away all around the country.
