Go back and Check out I am a bill only a bill on schoolhouse rock my friend the Congress is responsible because they can override potus veto if the Senate votes 2/3rd then the spending bill would pass wall or no wall. This is always been in hands of congress.

The bigger question is, why do you need so much of my money, and funilly enough when # shuts down, why is it you can take it and use it but not give it back?
