The OP's source is a known fake news outlet. If that is what the OP is basing their claims on, then I reject the claims.

Seems simple. This is the "fake news" that has been going around for several years, gets picked up by other outlets, passed around, until every one assumes it to be true.

Until folks start doing their own research, and looking into the primary sources of news, we will have "fake news" influencing our thoughts and judgements. This is how the Russian trolls work, how propaganda works.

I always try to check a primary source to see if they have a bias, a hidden agenda, a past record of pushing lies, etc.

If a source comes up as bad as GateStone, I wouldn't use it to bask up any claim or assertion. Any yes, I put a variety of sources (cross-checking) to validate that I was not getting one "bad review."

For me GateStone is a tainted source, after looking into the information available to me, and the number of times they have told flat out lies to promote their agenda.

Is there anyone here who thinks that if this lady arrived at Heathrow and asked for asylum she would be refused?

Is there anyone here who really thinks that there wouldn't be a ton of mail arriving in the constituency offices of our MP's demanding she be given asylum if that extremely unlikely first premise occurred?

Finally, do any of you think our MP's would resist the chance to gain kudos for fighting her corner in that situation?

That list must wrong as there are several muslim extremists on it and according to the OP the UK welcomes them.

The UK actually has some very strict laws on extremist hate speech, and while radical clerics are allowed, sometimes, to visit here, they are not allowed to commit criminal hate speech.

And when they are, they are almost always deported. Except in one or two high profile cases that get a lot of press attention where something has gone wrong with the process.

But on the whole, the UK absolutely does not tolerate this sort of thing. And you don't see extremist hate speech in mosques across the land.

We also have quite a few Christian hate-speakers banned from the country too. Or far-right hate speakers. Steve Bannon almost didn't get a visa to enter the country for example. He got one, but it was discussed as to whether he should be granted access, and in the end it was decided that yes, he was allowed.

What this means is that the UK government was worried that Muslims of Pakistani origin in Britain may object to the presence in the UK of a Christian woman who has spent most of the last decade on death row in Pakistan, before being officially declared innocent of a trumped-up charge of "blasphemy".
