How did they (certain conspiracy theorists) come to the conclusion that the Rothschild's own the banks? what document or historical event/evidence etc is the core base foundation of this assumption?

I don't know what you've looked into but from what I've seen the whole point of the Rothschild conspiracy is that they secretly own the central banks of many nations.

There is plenty of information. Role of the Rothschilds in banking is no secret. They have been prominent for a long time.

There are only 3 countries that don't have rothchild-owned central bank.

They own the federal reserve that prints the money for the banks. They control the interest rates and can call in their debt at anytime leaving the world bankrupt if they so choose.

This happened in the Jefferson days if you want the history side of things. They where fighting for privitising the money being printed rather than the goverment having the control..
