When I am looking at around 1400 calories a day and usually eat closer to 1200, a 200 calorie snack takes up a lot of space when I like breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Eh, you're also probable a man.
Husband and I are doing this together and his calorie allotment is way higher than mine. But the catch is that the more weight I lose, the lower my calories per day go too. I am closing in on my goal, and one day, I'll feel like a pig again because I'll get to go back up to a maintenance target.
