I'm not one to post in this forum often because blurry grainy photos and video doesnt exactly prove much to me.

This article doesn't show a pic just the witness report.
Here's the headline

"Monstrous creature ‘turned its head and looked straight at our car,’ Kentucky woman says"

"The woman, who he declined to name, is reported to have seen “a creature” while she was a passenger in her husband’s vehicle, about 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 18.

“At some point, I started screaming...‘there is something in the road!’,” the woman is quoted saying.

“I’m looking at this thing which is...at least 7 ft tall. It was the color of a tree...It turned its head and looked straight at our car.”

www.kentucky.com...

Like I said above, I dont post much to this forum.
But I found this link on drudge report.
They have been posting ufo stories this year as well.

Mainstream outlets are reporting fringe stories.
That's gotta mean something.....right?

Maybe not...lol

I figure one of these days we will get a close look at a body and its face will be all blurred.
That's just what they look like....lol

But I agree with you.
Lots of people see something and it's hard to believe they are all nuts.

I only posted this because I saw it on a mainstream news site. Drudge report.

utterly worthless pap

the reportage = 2 months down stream from the alledged encounter

zero indication that any search or forensic examination was conducted at scene

anonymous " witless " who cannot be questioned

as for its " inclusion " in the press - slow news day ?????????????

Wolves and panthers have likewise disappeared. Bears are sometimes seen in eastern Kentucky. Among the many small animals found in the state are rabbits, squirrels, foxes, raccoons, opossums, woodchucks, and—in the numerous caves—bats and rodents.Oct 16, 2018

My first thought was a moose, but apparently they’re not in Kentucky.

A bear?

I totally agree on the validity of the "sighting".

But yes, the "inclusion" is what caught my attention.
Not because I felt it was some kind of proof but because it's now becoming more acceptable to have a discussion on what are considered fringe topics.

Surely there are much better reports of "creatures" that the news site could have used, if they want to really report on the fringe stuff. A two months old story with an anonymous witness and no documentation, when I'm sore there are plenty of reports with named witnesses and investigation documents, right? Why wouldn't they use one of those? Or maybe there aren't any? Seems a weak case for them to use.

Testing the waters?
Projecting an image?
Somebodies cousin works for drudge?

No clue honestly.
I did see that les Stroud was on the sasquatch chronicles podcast recently.

That story would have more credibility I would think.

I live in Northern Kentucky, but have been up and down all sides of the state.

There are plenty of human beings in this state that look like walking trees and have enough body hair to be mistaken as Bigfoot.

Just stating the obvious.

Ding Ding Ding! I can confirm this about Kentucky. Given the timing, I suspect it was Jim Bob roaming the brush naked and fully inebriated.

Yea, the real test is how many teeth did the thing have. Less than 4, and it's just Fred.

Take a lot of people? So you make lots of noise and bigfoot would just go and hide? If it's as simple as this he would have been found already
