Anyone think the rumored Rick&Morty Christmas special will air tonight?

Fans of the show have become aware of the growing internet rumor that an unannounced Christmas special may air tonight.

The evidence is circumstantial and flimsy at best.

You see, at the end of season 2 Mr.Poopybutthole says "...see you in about a year and a half."

A year and a half later,to the day, on April Fool's Day, an unannounced, unadvertised episode dropped to the surprise of stunned fans.

At the end of season 3 Mr. Poopybutthole says "see you in a long time, I might even have a long Santa Claus beard by then."

Is he hinting at a Christmas episode?

That's the basis of the rumor, it would seem to be the kind of thing the creators would do considering the April Fools Day prank.

Yep the evidence is pretty flimsy.

I did notice that tonight's episode of Rick&Morty is scheduled to be the pilot.

What are the odds that a new episode comes on instead?

It was the first episode of season 3 "The Rickshank Redemption".

It's on Hulu...

Please, let it be so. I miss Rick and Morty. In the post above, Judge Morty was absolutely hilarious, and if anyone has seen Rick and Morty's Bushland Adventures, that is also great.

And this version is redone by a fan, who a few months ago finally had it put back up on YouTube but the monetization goes to adult swim. The entire thing has more bizarro facts surrounding it, lol
