i really hope Gus beats his ass but its Jon Jones so its not likely

www.bloodyelbow.com...

In a shocking turn of events, the upcoming UFC 232 pay-per-view featuring the return of Jon Jones has been relocated from Las Vegas to Los Angeles after it was revealed that ‘Bones’ had recently tested positive for trace amounts of the anabolic steroid turinabol.

this one says atypical finding

mmajunkie.com...

A drug test earlier this month found a trace amount of Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone (DHCMT), or turinabol, in Jones’ system. That’s the same substance Jones tested positive for in 2017 that led to the 15-month suspension he recently was cleared from in order to fight this week.

people pay to see Jones fight so they let him fight.
bend the rules for people like him and Conor.

i say stop testing all together like they did in pride. # it.
why not?

youre bending the rules for people and like with street tests people are getting past them.

Whaaaat? Jones tested positive again?!? That's sooooo shocking!

Nah, they're bending the rules for the money-makers. The up-and-comers still need to be clean because in the UFC, integrity is everything.

WME-IMG have turned the UFC into a $h!+ show.

Seriously, there’s no respect towards the fans, the fighters are treated like WWE wrestlers. And the fights themselves aren’t based on who deserves a title shot. Stars no longer make themselves; they’re manufactured based on who can sell a fight the best.

It’s quite boring TBH. Stopped watching with any regularity about a year or so ago.

Also..

Mike Tyson is "the best ever"...they just happened to "jack" Tyson's line lol

Different sport but Tyson also looked like he was on anabolics too. Just saying that roids or PEDs are rampant in sports.

edit on 24-12-2018 by Skywatcher2011 because: (no reason given)

Wtf...I am shocked...but really should I be?

I could tell in his last fight JJ was exhausted in final round. Generally before he got suspended he would hardly break a sweat and knock the guy out early. Makes you wonder how much he was doping before?

USADA claims it was remnants from his previous failed test and not an amount that could affect his performance or give any advantage.

I read that a good a portion of the fighters are being rather vocal about this bs.
Having to change plans, and get family to LA, because the UFC continues to kiss jones’ ass.
I’d be livid as well if some dude can’t stay off the junk effs it up for everyone else.
But the UFC won’t take him off the card because he’s the cash cow.

I would think taking him off the card for the night would make them lose less money than moving it......youre going to have a lot of people that are going to say to hell with UFC, and move to watching Bellator if they keep this crap up......for the most part I know I already have.......

UFC doesn't pretend to give a # anymore.

It's hard to be pissed at JJ when he's literally rewarded for cheating. I hope Gus gets the win in great style, but whatever result will be hollow.

Exactly and they aren't all making good margins in terms of money. I know Dana used to make discretionary payments to fighters and hope he pays the bills for all the expensive disruption they are facing.

Screw Dana White....he could take MMA to the next level but he doesn't see it....he may not ever...but the time is now IMHO...and if you wait the INDUSTRY will possibly be damaged forever.

I really lost a big part of my interest in the entire sport after watching Jones get the win against Gus..... I have been all-in since Forrest Griffen and Friends....mostly because I preferred realism over the BS of Pro Wrestling entertainment and I was tired of 40 years of Pro boxing fraud and snowflake performances that just didn't even seem real anymore. Then I watched Jones get DOMINATED AND DECIMATED by Gus and still get the win...Like a kick to the balls it made me want to puke....that was a good ass whupping and a great MMA fight....ruined by incompetence...and dereliction...and a refusal to see a new and bigger future for the UFC and for MMA.....I wouldn't have even supported giving Jones a rematch after Gus beat him because it was so one-sided to me...I would have made him waste one or two fights before I gave him another shot.
