Can Europe destroy America?

If each European nation, including Russia, put aside its differences, united and invaded and destroyed America, would Europe win?

You see, I'm asking Europeans this and not Asians because I believe that out of all the continents on Earth, Europe is by far the most technologically advanced and the richest too. Let's be honest here, other continents are a mixed bag of poor and rich nations but mostly poor and would only inflict minor damage or no damage at all!

Europe is an entirely different beast; it is rich, very diverse economy, great infrastructure, it has many educated/brilliant people, great advancements in technology and they share the same hatred with the Muslims for Americans. I believe that many Europeans would like to get rid of the usurper and bring back the glory days when Europe was leading the world.

So if Europe united, destroyed America, would Europe win?

Every single European hates Americans ? really ? what poll did that come from ? That reads like a personnal opinion, I will take it as such.

Europeans do not trust each other for the most part and never have.

So maybe in the old days where conventional munitions were used you might have something to talk about but remember once upon a time, the greatest empire that existed in the 1700s got beat by a third world country which became the United States.

Just one Untied States Boomer Sub could destroy most of the capitols of Europe..... and I assure you there is many more than just one out to sea at all times.

When did Europe become an enemy of the United States? I must have missed that memo. Also, you can’t add Russia because it is in Asia and if you added it why not just decide the entire world is somehow all of a sudden a military enemy of the US.

Just WHY? Wars suck and so do people that propose them.

Seeing how the US carries most of the load defending Europe by way of NATO and the UN. And all the bases and troops we already have all over Europe, I don't think it would go well for Europe if they tried something that stupid.

Most European nations could be bombarded by ships offshore, taking turns to attack and then resupply it would be a nearly ceaseless attack. Not to mention completely defenseless civilian populations.

Russia’s people wouldn’t survive a war through the winter if we targeted their power grid.

America on the other hand has huge areas of land to cover and abundant farmlands capable of year round production. Not to mention a gun behind every blade of grass. But you guys go ahead and ban knives and see how defending an invasion goes for you.

The first question is "how do you invade". Think of the numbers of ships involved. It would hardly be a surprise attack.

The answer is "no" it could not happen, and would fail if it did. Putting aside nukes and the fact that the democracies in Europe would not countenance such an act, nor would the people bother to join in.

I am more concerned with Europe destroying its self. As a US citizen, I bear no ill will toward my European and Russian cousins. Your OP is without logic and appears to be the work of a juvenile think tank, more in line with a B rated movie script.

Its a ridiculous scenario and one that simply won't happen.

1. You kind of forgot that Europe couldn’t even defend itself from a few countries in WWI and WWII without the US bailing them out.

2. Bring it! Pretty sure those of us in a country unafraid of guns (and not disarmed by our government (yet)) would fair a bit better than those terrified of the thought of possessing and using guns...and that have already been disarmed by their governments.

I guess if that ever happened, yes. There is so much wrong here, it's hard to know where to begin.

First, when has Europe ever united with Russia? Maybe for a short time right after the fall of the Roman empire.

Europe has spent the past century fighting wars against itself. Maybe the past 500 years. Imagine what Europe would be like today if WWI and WWII could have been avoided.

Now that they have finally found some sense of unity, they are trying to commit suicide by importing the third world. If you continue, you'll not stay technologically advanced and rich for long, you'll turn into a ####hole like the places your new citizens come from. You will also inherit all of the wars and conflicts they are currently fighting. All of the Shia vs Sunni from the middle east and the tribal conflicts from Africa will be fought out on European soil.

There is no "Europe", but if there was Russia wouldn't be in "it". There is a Eurasia, of which others such as Chinese and Indian's are major players. If the entire mass of all that got together um yeah they'd have no probem overwhelming even... Martians if that was the ambition. Luckily protection rackets and cheap throw away products is all the lot of them aspire towards!
