Female teacher charged with 4 felonies - sending nude photos to 15yr old student - equal sentences!

I demand equal sentencing in cases such as these. I would suspect a man would get something like a 5-15yr sentence for sending nude photos to a student. The woman charged is Miss Kentucky 2014 and was 28 when she sent pictures to a 15 year old male student. I wonder what kind of sentence she will get from this? Why has society looked at these cases so differently when it is a woman committing these crimes, or even domestic abuse charges against women?

Because male dominated culture does not care when a teacher (F) does it to a student (M). However, men can all agree that the reverse situation, is sick.

Curious British law, it's legal for me to have sex with a 16 year old but illegal for me to take a picture of her naked until she's 18...not that I want to hook up with a 16 year old, just saying.

I would wager probation, and probably time served.

Yet a man doing the exact same thing would be gone for the long haul, and if they survive prison they will be registered as a sex offender for the rest of their life.

What kind of society are we creating these days when they send women to jail for taking off their clothes.

As much as some want to claim otherwise, men/women boys/girls are different as are the damages done by such a crime in the various scenarios, thus the "double standard".

All of it is despicable, but are they truly equal crimes in regard to victim impact?

Usually because the female is often attractive and guys remember being raging horn dogs in those days.

Whereas, the guy teacher is usually creepy looking and much more capable of violence.

A female can definitely be manipulating and creepy too though. Men on women violence is 1000% higher, so when this does happen it just doesn't feel as bad as a guy doing it.

We can argue the morals all day but this is a victimless crime.

He probably ended up showing his friends and word got around school. As adult minds now, we would think to keep it secret and just enjoy it. But I'm not sure how I would react as a 15 year old if my wet dream fantasy came true.

Not always I remember a case years ago, 24 or so year old male teacher dating a 17 yr old girl and her parents knew about it.

That would not be illegal in the UK, the age of consent is 16, but it is a 'crime' employment wise for teachers to shag 'of age' pupils, abuse of position or whatever.
