I didn't miss it; merely provided a direct link to it which you quoted some of the verbage.

It does not provide budget authority, which is provided in subsequent appropriations legislation.

That it is vague, probably intentionally and can have other interpretations at least IMO.

Apparently this amendment was a late entry and didn't make it into the Bill.

Strangely, there is 666 Amendments to this Bill.

There may be an Amendment that has verbage on border wall construction. So many I'm not going to pretend I understand all the gov't lawyer language. Then again if DJT declares it a state of national security I guess none of these Bills matter.

British/Monarchy company Serco is big and evil and tied to the SES. I recall hearing that Serco controls the Presidential phone system, where calls out are not directly connected to the agency called - Navy, DOD etc., but routed through and operator at Serco (hi, whose this, how can I direct your call...) They are World Wide.

There are NO hits for either "serco", "SERCO", or "G4S", or any version of serco with spaces in (such as "ser co").

Shes about to pass away, is what shes about to do (if it hasnt happened already). She has 1 good lung, pneumonia and possibly still dealing with broken ribs. Pneumonia is what kills old people in many similar cases to RBG's. If they are now hinting that she has that, its game over. She is not going to be able to clear the mucus out of her lung in her condition. Forget about serving on the Supreme Court.
