"The Agreement" does not a limit language included in the section 8 deal. ALL, as in ALL, as in everyone and everything!

What is very interesting to me is the language of the deal - "your client" is used throughout the body of the "letter cum agreement." This seems really odd, as "your client" actually has a legal name (Flynn) and "your client" cannot agree to a thing as that isn't anyone. While the introduction says Flynn, the basis of the agreement does not. Very odd. No idea what that means, but something this high profile makes it a thing.

You'll have to read, the way it is structured is odd. It is an offer letter, not a formal agreement. The intro states that the body of the letter becomes the agreement, and is signed as such.

What is odd is I'd expect the intro letter as a page - saying "your client."
The agreement itself as a page(s) - saying Flynn (not client).
Then signature page as a page.
It seems off somehow.

To be clear, I have never, not would ever, sign something in which my name was not detailed out in the contract i was agreeing to. I would never sign as "your client" as I am NOT "your client". especially something that might end up putting me in prison for life.
