care, I think the Q/POTUS is related to MARKERS between Q Posts and POTUS tweets (0, 1, 5, 10, 15 minutes apart).

I also wonder whether these markers allow us to be aware of a countdown whereby Q posts a marker then POTUS posts a marker... when both have posted a marker, since shutdown, it marks 5 on the countdown, then 4, 3, 2, 1?
