Do you see why their are reports of the second FBI agent, Joe Pientka, saying that he didn’t believe Flynn lied to them in the interview. Likely because Flynn didn’t…. but the McCabe crew jumped on the opportunity to frame a lose/lose.
Either Flynn accepts a version of the 302 report where he lied; or Flynn has to take the position that Vice President Mike Pence lied to the nation in the CBS Face The Nation interview.
See how that went down?
That’s also the likely reason why FBI Agent Joe Pietka has been kept quiet.
FUBAR !! All of it.

Why is the link to "first hand" knowledge source broken....?
Not saying you are mistaken or BS'ing, just trying to track down the info.
The defendant assisted the SCO's investigation on a range of issues, including interactions between individuals in the Presidential Transition Team and Russia,
The defendant provided firsthand information about the content and context of interactions between the transition team and Russian government officials

As is the job of a member on the transition team. You know, to reach out to other nations.
This is getting old and pathetic.

i don't have a problem with that.
What interviewing a democrat transition team if they talk with a foreign country?
So would you prefer that incoming administrations have not talks with any country until their first day in office?
Sounds like a recipe for disaster to me.

Here's one. Complete with the Sentencing Document.
www.cnbc.com...
I wonder how the liberal media will SPIN this? Anti-America terrorist CNN has been saying all day that the "sentencing document" will show if Trump colluded with Russia!
No need to spin it. If Mueller recommended no jail time that tells me that Flynn provided useful information to the investigation. That means bad news for Trump.
Flynn came into his appointment with his primary objective to fully audit the Intelligence agencies.
Which has not been done since the 70's.
He had the background to do it... he was highly critical of them because of the numerous mistakes and coverups they had made when he was serving as the Director of the DIA.
First thing that happened to him was Mueller.
Feel free to google how bad Mueller actually is.
This may be just Mueller trying to escape his own eventual prosecution.
Times are changing, but good to see that they kept you till 2020.

Mueller had until midnight tonight enter this Flynn sentencing recommendation. From the nothing-burger feel of it, he could have filed this a week or two ago.

Yep, keep telling yourself that. It's a nothing burger to find out that Flynn was a cooperating witness in not only the Russia collusion investigation but also 2 other criminal investigations. That means that while Mueller was investigating Trump and Russia he stumbled upon two other separate possible criminal actions and has spun up investigations to pursue those.
So, the sitting president of the USA is now under investigation for not just one possible criminal action, but 3. Yep, nothing burger.
Priestap was involved in the FBI's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and whether Russians colluded with the Trump campaign, and he was also part of the bureau's investigation into Clinton's use of a private email server while she was secretary of State.
When Priestap leaves the FBI, there will be no high-ranking officials who were involved in both investigations left at the bureau, according to the Journal. thehill.com...
The FBI said in a statement to the newspaper that Priestap “became eligible to retire and has chosen to do so after 20 years of service."

Anyone else think he has nothing? Thus no jail time?
