I am sure you deal with a lot of personality in whatever job your in. Would I want to hang out with Trump? Probably not. I doubt he has a lot of friends that would feel the friendship is mutual.
My project coordinator is a total a-hole. I didnt petition to hire him for his personality, it was his skill set I was after.
Now when you say "corrupt" obviously we would disagree on that. If I agree with Trump and his policies it should be no suprise that I feel that corruption was in Washinton and the media long before Trump. So by default, obviously my position would Trump is fighting corruption since the establishments that were around long before Trump are fighting Trump. Maybe it's only that simple in my eyes but I refuse to believe I'm insane

this is the part that concerns me most " He Will Declassify Info That Will Destroy Them. (Dems)"…
the punitive action which Trump threatens to do will Only hurt thr present Deep State Democrats which control the House part of congress righh now...
the radical Marxist faction with AOC, et al... will escape the humiliation and public shaming the FISA 'declassify' would bring to the political scene ... the establishment Deep State Democrats would lose a tremendous amount of public support -> Which migh just Elevate the radical /Marxist/ Left who are the Freshmen Class of the (rabid) New Democrat Uber Alles Party that will be developing the 'gestapo arm' very soon after any 'Declassify' that will reveal Treachery and other high-crimes by the Bad Actors in the failed Coup to oust Trump/Pence
In particular there were --
A: Allies (I believe they were British) that had agents directly involved and he was talked down to maintain current diplomatic relations.
B: They were threatening to pin him for obstruction during the Mueller probe if he did. I think this was the real issue and would have just been a big PITA that really only delays things.
MI6 chiefs are secretly battling Donald Trump to stop him publishing classified information linked to the Russian election meddling investigation.
His sudden resignation – he informed staff just hours before making this decision public – prompted speculation that it might be related to British concerns over shared intelligence with the US in the wake of Donald Trump becoming president.
He has original classification/declass authority, so can do whatever he wants, but when the Mueller probe is over, he is no longer under threat of obstruction if he decides to declass.

His interaction with Trump regular citizen years ago does not disqualify him?

President Trump told anchor Sean Hannity this evening, that his lawyers previously had advised him not to take that dramatic step out of fear that it could be considered obstruction of justice.
“I do, I have plans to declassify and release. I have plans to absolutely release,” Trump said. “I have some very talented people working for me, lawyers, they really didn’t want me to do it early on.”
Trump also accused FBI officials of committing “treason” — slamming former FBI Director James Comey as a “terrible guy,” former CIA Director John Brennan as potentially mentally ill, and Democrat House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff as a criminal.

Basically Trump is telling them I have the "Samson Option" if you go to far, so don't'.
I don't think they should call his bluff, Trump doesn't care, he will bring the whole thing down on their heads.

He's actually trying to work with them to get the stuff done he was elected to do

How he does it, is not actually how it is supposed to work. Checks and balances. Oversight. Congress. Not.. a massive stack of executive orders because you have the political savvy of a potato. He is simply trying to do whatever he wants, and literally feels like NO decision he makes is a bad one, or deserves to be questioned. Sorry.. that is WRONG.
