Stormy Daniels: Avenatti Filed Defamation Case Against Trump Against My Wishes

Michael Avenatti sued Donald Trump for defaming Stormy Daniels against her wishes, Daniels told The Daily Beast in a statement on Wednesday.

Avenatti also started a new fundraising site to raise money for her legal defense fund without telling her, Daniels said. She said she is not sure whether or not she will keep Avenatti on as her lawyer.

Her statement to the Daily Beast:

“For months I’ve asked Michael Avenatti to give me accounting information about the fund my supporters so generously donated to for my safety and legal defense.

He has repeatedly ignored those requests.

Days ago I demanded again, repeatedly, that he tell me how the money was being spent and how much was left.

Instead of answering me, without my permission or even my knowledge Michael launched another crowdfunding campaign to raise money on my behalf. I learned about it on Twitter.

So it seems that the Creepy Porn Lawyer has been opening crowdfunding accounts for Stormy D...but keeping her from account information and access.

He is ignoring her accounting requests...and continuing to open new crowdfunding accounts on her behalf without her permission.


She goes on to explain additional criticism of Avenatti...including:

- NOT treating her with respect
- Speaking on her behalf against her wishes
- Filing a defamation suit against Trump without her permission
- Refusing to give her an accounting of her crowdfunding sites
- Opening new crowdfunding accounts without her permission
- Falsely attributing quotes to her

Michael has not treated me with the respect and deference an attorney should show to a client.
He has spoken on my behalf without my approval.
He filed a defamation case against Donald Trump against my wishes.
He repeatedly refused to tell me how my legal defense fund was being spent.
Now he has launched a new crowdfunding campaign using my face and name without my permission and attributing words to me that I never wrote or said.

People of ATS...In her own words...Stormy Daniels is making it very clear that she believes Michael Avenatti is a liar, a cheat, a disreputable and untrustworthy lawyer...whom has basically been taking advantage of her, abusing her trust, disrespecting her...and essentially milking her for every penny he can...against her will.

I have a sneaky suspicion most of the crowd funding that is happening under the pretence of social justice is going to fund DNC campaigning. She may be lieing and he.may be shafting her, but I believe its more likely not in their hands. Me bets their publicity is the majority of their pay, it's still a winning proposition if you dont discredit yourself too much. Avenatti has seemed to cross that threshold and the house is folding in on him.

That is identity theft plain and simple, even though he is her lawyer he wasn't authorized to do those things. He could be charged by a prosecutor if SD files a police report.

SHE wants the cash.
HE already spent the cash to settle his debts.
HE doesn't want HER to know he already spent it.
SHE is warning him that if she doesn't get the cash, she'll drop and sue him for it.

SHE is also stating (FTR) that SHE never authorized the defamation suit against Trump...which the judge threw out and ordered Trump's lawyers' fees be paid back by Daniels.

SHE is letting everyone know the Libtard crowdfunding cash is HER's to keep...not Avenatti's to be used to pay debts for judgements against her for a lost defamation suit against Trump...Because SHE never authorized the suit to begin with.

I get that they're spatting between each other about what was agreed to. Her word/his word as far as if she asked him to file the case. He should have to show an invoice for his services and documentation of the money. What I'm saying is I think all this crowd funding of people affiliated and bolstered by the DNC is not the payoff for them. I believe its a way of funneling money for the DNC and subsequent resistance. Their payoff is in the form of marketing/publicity/book deals.
