You can use a distribution service like DistroKid for a small yearly fee they can get you a cover licence if you are actually trying to sell the
work.
Not sure on the law as far as using it for parody or etc. Might be a loophole there.
Just have fun creating and your singing skills and production skills will improve in direct relation to how much energy you put into it.
Go to SingleCell Software and download Caustic for your device it's 10$ for PC it is free and is basically a full studio of simulated synths. You can
build an entire backing track there and Boom the song is yours. It's a great way to learn to use different synth types even modular ones without a big
investment.
