Odd Anomaly During Recent SpaceX ES'HAIL-2 MISSION re-entry

I noticed plenty of 'flashing' objects as I was watching the video but I assumed these were ice crystals or small pieces of debris. The object I pointed out just seemed a little large and as I said about in reply to Boomer it looked as though the booster actually descended past the object. But with help from people's replies I'm now certain it was just ice from the lower part of the booster.

Cool video.. looks like something zooms up from earth towards space.

you can see it starts off small and then gets bigger and bigger, there is even some delta shape to it.

Problem is, the SpaceX stage is hurtling in the direction the camera is pointing at huge speed. Anything flying up and past it (again at a huge speed) would be hardly visible. The object's slow motion suggests it's a debries that got dislodged and was being slowed down by air resistance.
