For the Lost

Burning embers, is not how I remember.

I think back to the days when everyone was happy and things were better than good. You lost everything, but you still have your lives. I could dream and wish it all away, but then the lesson would be lost.

I remember the kindness and the good all wrapped up into one.

But most of all the lives who haven't been lost, and the homes still standing.

Remember to choose kindness over hate.

For those who lost their lives and homes in Paradise and beyond, God Bless You and Yours.
