I don't know about you guys, but when I am told not to do something, I want to do it even moar! I know a lot of people like that too, I kinda thought it was human nature.

The more trump threatens about his bank account (Mad Maxine is going after that), his taxes (you know, Muller), and the like (let's call Cohen on this one). The more I want to know what's what. I gotta know what he's hiding! It's obvious he's hiding something at this point (that's anecdotal!).

At this point though, it's not going to matter!!! That's the thing that drives me nuts. He's teflon. I know it. You know it.*
*I'll concede to my lefty brothers and sisters we have a slim chance of seeing some kind of justice, but it's very thin.

- dude's been sued a lot
- dude's been in some shady business
- dude's gone bankrupt a lot
Evidence of money laundering? (This is the sexiest one in my eyes)

Evidence of active connections to organized criminal enterprises!?! What!?
- (oh man, that's my civil war 2.0 right there. I fantasize about that all the time.)
- I really don't have any corroborating evidence on this one, just can't put it past this guy.
Evidence of Melania being an illegal alien?
- This is a stretch, bear with me
- Some kind of record of payment dated to a time she was on a B-2 visa or something. (and there are rumors about this)
- Really stretching it, maybe one for Ivana too.
- It's getting thinner, but these would put some of the kids citizenship at risk.

I dunno, my monies on money laundering, and I'll double down on not a thing changing,

Like I said, I think he did show his birth certificate, It might not have met your standards, but it certainly met someone's standards.

I'm all for privacy, but that is a right superseded by reasonable suspicion. You lose that right when you are under investigation for a crime. And he is involved in a few investigation.

Second, I dont really have an opinion on obamas birth certificate or college records. Suffice it to say many werent satisfied.

So your standard is if you arent satisfied, its worthy of investigation, but if others arent, then its not?

As far as what I think is in trumps tax reurns and such.

Who knows?

I bet if I had tio guess I would say that a thorough look into trumps finances and history would reveal roughly the same number of shadiness that a simialr investigation into almost every washington politician or lawyer would show.

Curious that only trump needs to have all of these investigations into him

Cmon! Mueller at the least, Mad Maxine has started talking about investigating the banks (specifically one of his). Deutsche Bank, apparently he had a lot of dealings with Deutsche Bank after his many bankruptcies. Mad Maxine specifically called them out for investigation recently.

She also didn't make bold public threats against anyone investigating her, so she didn't pique my interest as much as trump has. I mean he literally stated that if anyone (I believe it was just "the democrats") would investigate his finances it would mean war. THAT kinda rhetoric makes me very curious.

Muellers investigation has nothing to do with trumps finances. Muellers investigation is an extension of Comeys russia investigation, and looking at possible obstruction of justice.

Trump was repeatedly told by comey he is not a target of the russia investigation.

As far as maxine, so what, she is a partisan hack threatening an investigation. So if any republican threatens an investigation into the finances of any dem, will you also make a thread similar want to see that dems records?

The problem is you are coming off as very one sided and pro establishment to me.

IF an establishment person demands an investigation into someone, now you are interested in what in private finaicial records.

But as for the overwhelming majority of the establishment people themselves that wont call for an investigation of themselves, you see know reason to question their finances.
