Stan Lee, the legendary writer, editor and publisher of Marvel Comics whose fantabulous but flawed creations made him a real-life superhero to comic book lovers everywhere, has died. He was 95.

Got to meet him a few years ago. I know he was still doing conventions even earlier this year.



What a legacy this guy leaves behind. He may have passed, but the characters he created will be eternal.

Stan Lee had a profound impact in my life, I learned to read at the age of four because I didn't want to have to wait for other people to read the amazing stories to me.

My grandparents had a side business, selling linens at established flea markets, and my grandfather was an avid collector of all things antique and cheap

He would go out early before he set up his stand,
looking for gems.whenever he found someone willing to sell comics in bulk he gave those boxes to me .I still have them ,I'd never sell them ,but when I pass they will go to my nephews.

Rest in peace Stan the man!
