Yeah...immigrants who travel the same routes as refugees. I am sure you can recognise the difference a mile away so why don"t we put people like you at the border and you can make the distinction...

...Is not a refugee by law but an immigrant. You can´t choose your country freely where you seek refugium. Per definition he is absolut correct and this is the core problem.

That´s not to say, every country on the EU border is on it´s own, the refugees will propagate into other more distant countries, but they aint have the right to choose where.

And seeking refugium is temporary, immigration, not so much. This is a very important difference. You can immigrate as an refugee, sure.

Would "Migrant Criminals" be considered people who caravaned (by boat) seeking "political and religious asylum" and then genociding indigenous people?
