“The Schumann resonances (SR) are a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low frequency (ELF) portion of the Earth's electromagnetic field spectrum. Schumann resonances are global electromagnetic resonances, generated and excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed by the Earth's surface and the ionosphere.
“For many years this resonance frequency has hovered at a steady 7.83 Hz with only slight variations.
In June 2014 that apparently changed. Monitors at the Russian Space Observing System showed a sudden spike in activity to around 8.5 Hz. Since then, they have recorded days where the Schumann accelerated as fast as 16.5 Hz. (The graph is usually blue with some green, and no white.)
At first they thought their equipment was malfunctioning, but later learned the data was accurate. Everyone was asking, what’s causing this intermittent spiking activity?

Hmmm too tenuous for me. This is a GLOBAL frequency, yet only affected one guy?
Even if this affects 0.001% of the population, there should be 68,000 whackjobs all going off at once.(6.8 billion people)
Overarching Global Coherence hypotheses
The following GCI hypotheses guide our ongoing collaborative research:
1. Human and animal health, cognitive functions, emotions and behavior are affected by solar, geomagnetic and other earth-related magnetic fields.
2. The earth’s magnetic field is a carrier of biologically relevant information that connects all living systems.
3. Every person affects the global information field.
4. Collective human consciousness affects the global information field. Therefore, large numbers of people creating heart-centered states of care, love and compassion will generate a more coherent field environment that can benefit others and help offset the current planetary discord and incoherence.
and how many soldiers are engaged in war at the moment? Or people who live deep in a bush or high on a mountain where their nearest neighbor could be hours away? I ask because it is possible that people got triggered but we would never hear about it or it possibly get confused in other stats (like a solder going in and clearing out a camp of hostiles, or someone "going off their meds", etc.) Random events that get pushed off to the sidelines and marked as "unimportant" or "run of the mill" or "extreme acts of heroism" whatever the case may be. Plus not everyone would necessarily be triggered in exactly the same way.
