Day care workers charged after toddlers seen in "fight club" video

I wonder in how many other places that happens. I still remember my first daycare, where we had a number of rectangular play areas in a large room (2x2). A couple of kids would love to race and trundle around the outer perimeter of this room. Always remember the assistants wanting me to stand in the "racetrack" rather on any of the inner sides - leading to me always being scratched or collided when they came hurtling round.
