It is curious that Q chose to use XMAS instead of Christmas. In the past Q has quoted bible verses, and sometimes talks about things biblically. To leave Christs name out of the word, to me, shows intent and shows they did it for a particular reason.

The "X" comes from the Greek letter Chi, which is the first letter of the Greek word Χριστός, which in English is "Christ".

Yes, so much left to speculation. X is Chi in Greek. The early Christians used it as a secret symbol to identify one another. That and fish.

I am assuming that Laura/Jeb Bush got one too, and thats what they were acting so disgusted about. Whatever it is, is a picture or a short phrase, as both Jeb/Laura and Hillary need only take a half second glance to know what it is.

By the way Jeb reacted to whatever Laura Bush showed him I am guessing that it is a card with a giant letter Q on it or a brochure to Guantanamo Bay or a subpoena.
