People in Illinois became tired of enduring the pain brought on by Bruce Rauner's fiscal responsibility initiatives. Fatso Pritzger will raise taxes sky high. Apparently that's what the majority of Illinois voters want.

Considering the current state of the Democratic Party, I see no reason why they should win anything or why it's even such a tight race.

It should be noted that choice is not always without consequences. The idea that folks going with what they know because something something Trump is not necessarily a choice without consequences. Most of those folks got their information from teeeveee, they didn't read the EO's, the Grassley Report, or even know about the 61k in sealed indictments.

Consider the Trump card: FISA declass. Who has to resign, who gets terrified, who goes to jail? Consider Seth Rich. For many folks these events will be their Q moment, they will have to wake up another way.
