Just to clarify, we have been given a name of a real person... She has not confirmed anything publicly. In other words, we just have the word of Burkman and Wohl that she is the accuser.

And, again just to clarify, we now have the presumed accuser's name -- Carolyne Cass. We do not have the name of the reported witness, Cass' friend.

Besides evidence that suggest Mueller was at the St. Regis hotel at the time of the incident...

To be clear, this is what we know: the affidavit states the incident took place on or about August 2; a WaPo story places Mueller in D.C. on the 3rd; and an FBI archive places Mueller in NYC on the 5th. (FBI records should be able to tell us when Mueller went to NYC since it was official business).

A signed sworn affidavit by the accuser.

Well only kinda sorta... It was signed electronically, so anyone could have "signed" it for all we know.

think this deserves a closer look...

I agree that it's the accusations, and the accuser, that need to be investigated and addressed. That starts at the source, with the accuser. And I have lots of questions!

Why hasn't she filed charges with the proper legal authority?

What service did she hire Wohl/SureFire to provide in this regard? And Burkman? Private Investigator? Public relations?

Does she have an attorney? Was she advised by anyone to find legal counsel?

Who else knew that she was going public? Who else knew she was the anonymous accuser? Who might have been behind the "Lorraine Parsons" and Jennifer Taub solicitations? And the death threats?

Finally, what is her purpose in going public? What does she want to achieve?

Let's keep an open mind and see how this plays out...especially not consider it a hoax, before we all know the facts and more details...as a rush to judgment, when there is no deadline and before the the evidence is presented, is just plain ludicrous, and shows a mental deterioration of basic comprehension abilities.. like the 9/11 was not an inside job and buildings fall like that all the time.

That is incorrect. We don't even have a statement directly from the accuser (rather more likely all we've been given is a fabricated story e-signed by Wohl).

How does a young good looking woman end up in a situation with an old geezer anyways if there wasn't something sexual in the mix on her part in the first place? For every honest rape case there are 100s of women that are sharks and the rich, powerful and famous are like magnets to these women. As stupid as Trump's hair is there has always been groups of women willing to do anything he wants, beautiful women, same with Harvey Weinstein.
