If Jacob Wohl is passing off his GF as the accuser, and this is all made up, then he should be charged. Those are serious accusations.

Not seeing Mueller file a lawsuit against Carolyne Cass yet and she is very clear on what happened, was threatened, gagged and raped...not all in that order....is what she has accused him off...mistaken identity?

Why would Mueller not sue her and them? My guess is because then evidence would come out against him that he cannot refute...like his alibi has a hole in it and he was at the Regis and the accuser has a witness to verify this, along with being told about the rape after it happened,...

if he was innocent and not at the Regis, that would clear him... as the date and time of incident may be in doubt... if he was not ever at the st. regis, then file a lawsuiit against her for false accusations and slander...

warning though, she won the last lawsuit in small claims court, claiming she got bamboozled ,

Why would Mueller file a law suit against her? He is having the men who claimed this investigated.

Unless he is damaged somehow by what the lady says he cannot sue her. Just because someone says something about you that is not true doesnt mean you can sue them. For it to be slander the alligations need to be shown to have damaged the victim in some way. No one believes any of this about Robert Mueller so no law suit.

Also I still haven't seen anything that shows this woman is actually making the accusation and not just being used by Wohl and that other idiot who can't even zip his own fly at a press conference.

From what I saw on the supposed document they gave out at the press conference her 'signature' was digital, i.e. via docusign or something - there's no proof that I know of that it was her that actually digitally signed it. Will be interesting if she ends up suing Wohl for using her name...
