Google something called “the military diet” never tried it myself and it’s not a long term solution, looks awful but it does work

A buddy in high school, was overweight, he ate a potato a day (cold) and dropped all that weight (and had the sickest red stretch marks ever). But it worked. Then he became a king of the keg stand.

unfortunately this was like my major in school

Here's what I did, yes it works, but if you do it long term you can really mess yourself up bad

Milk of magnesia- I recommend flavored. You'll want a big bottle for the week. You drink two cupfuls(i mean the little cup it comes with) Then drink tons of water. You can still eat whatever you want but it works fastest if you stay away from salts and starches and try to eat low/no sodium proteins.

If you can't stomach milk of magnesia to get to your goal day the pills don't work as well by far. Try a ton of fiber solutions both powder and solid fibers make sure you eat at least 30 grams of fiber each day.

Please don't do this for more than the few days you say before your big day. I did it for years and yes I looked great but my body paid high price for it in the long run.

Salmonella poisoning, that will do it.

Alternatively vigorous exercise and not eating will work too.

Crash diets can mess you up, but i would use lots of strong chili and spices, to kick your metabolism.

Try a tomato based cabbage soup with lots of onion, and other low calorie veggies. Using hot spices in it will help. Eat as much of this as you want for 10 days, and you will lose the weight. Keep in mind that your body will get a little ‘windy’ during this diet.

ETA: you can throw in some lentils or other type of beans for protein.

Well legally speaking you could probably still easily lose 4 kg in 8 days... But it wouldn't be healthy.

Just live off nothing but whey protein and drink nothing but water and a heap of sugar free red bull, well exercising constantly.

Problem with that is though, you wouldn't be able to go from having a beer gut to having a beach ready body in just 8 days... It just takes longer than that for your skin to tighten and make you look cut, in my experience.

Plus, when you do go on such an extreme diet, it just makes your hormones kick in big time and causes you to binge... So you'll just end up putting on the weight again and most probably plus some.

Are you Male or female?

As a former college wrestler, judoka, and bjj competitor I may be able to help. Every option requires massive will power however.

Regardless of gender or anything else really severely limit salt, carbs, and sugar immediately. Salt holds your water and will make a quick cut very hard.

KETO+intermittent fasting. When I need to jump-start ketosis, I'll do a water fast (plain coffee or tea is ok) for up to 3 days. If you're keto adapted, it shouldn't make you tired. As long as you stay moderately active, you'll burn fat first before your body starts going after muscle. After about 3 days of fasting, the body starts breaking down muscle tissue.

I work outside in the heat, so KETO+intermittent fasting keeps me energized without blood sugar fluctuations.

When you transition to KETO, keep carbs under 50 GM (30 GM is better). Keep proteins moderate; enough to maintain muscle, but not enough to stimulate too much insulin. Eat tons of leafy greens, and increase fat intake. Limit meals to once or twice a day. Alternating works well.

It does work but honestly youd be better off on a juice fast........I dont recommend losing weight that quick......but if youre going to do it at least youre getting your nutrients.....

Grab a good multivitamin and stick to vegetable juices and water...dont do fruit juices because they are really high in sugars and will spike your glucose levels and that can stall your fat loss......

Most of what you lose will be water weight, but after about 3 days you will have fat start coming off, especially if you have dropped your sugar intake that low.....

At any rate if you have any questions feel free to message me im NASM certified so anything i can do to help

Also, short burst high intensity exercise with rest periods between intervals will maximize fat burning hormones, while minimizing fat producing cortisol. Too much exercise will trigger cortisol.

Calories in and calories out. Premier protein shake, 4 a day, and nothing but water to drink. 160 calories x 4 gives you 720. Body burns about 2000, gives you a deficit of 1300. Work out hard and count those calories too. It takes 5000 calories for one pound of fat. That gives you 2lbs for diet and whatever you can get working out. Stay away from sugar and salt. They absorb water and makes you retain, should drop another 1-2 lbs water weight. That puts you halfway their without exercise. 8 days, 2000 calories a day workout, your their, but that’s working out 3x a day, 700 calories a pop, good luck. Drink water...

There is a book called the Abs diet.

It really works, and is good for long term and short term weight loss. You have to follow it 100% for it to work.

Also look into HCG shots, not good for long term but short term it works wonders.
I did it for a very short time and never in my life had so much energy.

Try the "the snake diet". Look it up on utube or instagram, it works!
I lost 40 lbs in about a month and a half.

I lost a lot of weight when I quit drinking beer, sodas and juice. Riding a mt. bike for a few miles on some sandy trails burns a lot of calories.

Hello ELOmen,

I went from 247 to 185lbs recently, and I did it by applying an old saying that says to eat your breakfast like a king, at noon you eat like a prince and for supper, yep, you guessed it, eat like a poor.

I lost easily around 3-4 lbs per week. And I kept drinking a 2 liter of coke per day... lol Yeah, I know...

I could have lost more I guess. So in the morning, I eat proteins (egg, cheese or meat) and fruits. I eat fruits on my break and a good meal for lunch. At night, I barely eat cause I'm mostly sitting in front of my computer, so, I definitely didn't need all the energy I was eating before. The hardest part is to not really eat at night, but the hunger goes quickly away, or its intensity lessen over a 2 weeks time, and I feel more energy at night, and throughout the day.
Because digesting takes a lot of energy that's why we feel tired after eating.

And remember, the most important meal of the day is the first one. If you start physical activities before eating, your body will mostly eat your muscles before putting what you ate as "reserves" because your body learned that it will starve first... And you don't want that.

Good luck with the weight loss.

PS: You can also try to eat 3 meals a day of cabbage soup. They do that in hospitals for people with heart problems and have been told they can lose 10 pounds in a week. But you'll smell like a fresh, and old fart while doing that... haha
