Can we have a "i was drunk and want to delete everything I might have posted last night?" button?

I understand simply deleting them then next day works fine. However other people may still see the drunken comments while they were up and judge us harshly for our liquid brained thoughts. So I was thinking, If we had a button in the editing section that deleted our previous nights comments and let people know to please be gentle as we admit we were not in our right mind.

This post was mostly meant for humor although I admit I would use this button from time to time if it were real, anyone else need that button?

The obvious answer here is stop drink that much, pointless and unhealthy and makes people behave badly.

You want to get rid or 50% of the posts ever created by all on this site?

You may ask a mod to delete it, but there will be no software change to accommodate this. The site is on autopilot. Nothing gets changed.

Maybe just have a disclaimer in your signature... stating that you suspect your account has probably been compromised by Russian trolls and that any post submitted from your account that sounds like a crazy drunken rant, was probably not actually written by you... so their for, you can not be held accountable for said post.

Your best bet would be to ask a MOD. Explain yourself and be polite and they may do it for ya.

Like I said, my thread was meant to bring about a giggle or two and I think I achieved that. I wasn't really asking for any format changes at all.

Also some very good points were raised about if that really were an option I think most of the internet wouldn't exist at all.

Yes I realize I could either not drink or not post while drinking but again, most of the internet might not be here without inebriation of some sort.

For that matter many of us may not have been born without a sixpack in the 50's, 60's ,70's or 80's am I right haha
