Astro Nest

I just discovered this game called AstroNest. It's a space-based empire and armada game where you upgrade planets and fleets so as to defeat increasingly harder enemies.

There is lots of research to do and different types of planets to colonize so as to increase your power and tweak your stats.

It's very involved but easy to fall into. The in-game tutorial was the best I have ever seen.

So if you are in the mood for a well-made game that is great for a few minutes of down time here and there, try it out.

I should mention that it is free to play, though it does have in game purchases. I play for free and the full game and experience is available to free players. It just takes a little longer to advance/ its a little harder.

Anytime friendo I aim to please, or drive people crazy either way works for me. You need to get your dog trained up better mine is used to my random outbursts of obnoxious laughter. Dude just keeps snoring acting like he didn’t even pay any mind to my shennagins anymore. Damnit I pulled a Farva again...

Try out Sins of a Solar Empire. It is a fun, in my opinion, space based Real Time Strategy game.

That's an epic game. I have delved far into the Mod community.

I had to put it away. Reality became less appealing. LoL.

That and my brain is no longer challenged by it.

Such a good game though. I wish there was a mobile version.

The Star trek mods for that game are in reality the best star trek game ever made.
