It's turning out that the 2010's is the 'Decade of the Refugee', with mass caravans of refuges "fleeing" northwards in the Old World, and the New. With recent history as a guidebook, here's two recently proven methods you can utilize to create your very own Self-Serving Refuge Crisis!

In this most noble of guides we have two methods: the 'Soft Refuge Crisis' and the 'Hard Refuge Crisis'.

So say you've set up your entire political future, its ability to compete with (preferably over-run) your competition, or perhaps simply dividing and conquering your host nation for various nefarious purposes might be suit your larger agenda, whatever be your case you could really use some poverty perhaps war stricken brown skinned outgroup(s) to roll in and set your ambitions on track.

Well here's how to do it:

#1: The 'Soft Refuge Crisis':
This method is primarily achieved through economic and / or political (corruption) warfare. It is done over a period of decades, as is the case with the political, economic and criminal warfare the United States has been waging on Central & South America for over 50 years. Now with scores of adjacent little nations already poor, destabilized and over-run by drug cartel smuggling activities (ideally that you're loosely & diversely in control of), now all you need is a catalyzing event to create a breaking points. Now you could just keep pressing them hard and harder creating decades of not only economic but also political instability, and start seeing "refuge" results, as we're now seeing in Venezuela. But if the target nations have been experiencing relative political stability, despite economic instability, then an outright coup d'etat is in order.

But remember this is the 'soft' method. It's the patience game. And your agenda doesnt involve you getting 'caught' per se. So first thing is you'll need a compliant lapdog media that wont much make a stink about at it the time of the coup, or later on when the political harvest starts to come home to roost. Next, you want a corrupt new regime, but not one that is particularly remarkable or brutal. The goal here isnt to implode the nation, especially not rapidly enough people sit up in attention. So you want a regime that's just going to in line with it own self-serving ambition see the poverty & crime there further deteriorate to that 'sweet spot' where many commoners will gain a sense of desperation for a better life. One that your nation just so happens to be perceived as a sort of 'Promised Land' in comparison.

Now this may all seem like a too good to be true sort of policy and agenda coordination effort. But recently after just 9 short years, Barack Obama & Hillary Clinton coup d'etat in Honduras has delivered them the ripe conditions to see these massive propaganda (refuge) "caravans" attempt to force their way across international borders and on into the US.

Wikileaks Honduras: State Dept. Busted on Support of Coup
By July 24, 2009, the U.S. government was totally clear about the basic facts of what took place in Honduras on June 28, 2009. The U.S. embassy in Tegucigalpa sent a cable to Washington with subject: "Open and Shut: The Case of the Honduran Coup," asserting that "there is no doubt" that the events of June 28 "constituted an illegal and unconstitutional coup." The Embassy listed arguments being made by supporters of the coup to claim its legality, and dismissed them thus: "none ... has any substantive validity under the Honduran constitution." The Honduran military clearly had no legal authority to remove President Zelaya from office or from Honduras, the Embassy said, and their action - the Embassy described it as an "abduction" and "kidnapping" - was clearly unconstitutional.
...
Yesterday there was an election in Haiti. This election was funded by the U.S., despite the fact that major parties were excluded from participation by the government's electoral council, a fact that Republican and Democratic Members of Congress, in addition to NGOs, complained about without result. The Washington Post reports that the election ended with "nearly all the major candidates calling for the results to be tossed out amid 'massive fraud.'": "12 of the 19 candidates on Sunday's ballot appeared together at a raucous afternoon news conference to accuse the government of President Rene Preval of trying to steal the election and install his chosen candidate, Jude Celestin."

Yesterday's election in Haiti had the fingerprints of the U.S. government all over it. It was funded by the U.S. "Security" for the election was purportedly provided by UN troops, paid for by the U.S. And the crucial historical context of the election was the 2004 coup that deposed democratically elected President Jean Bertrand Aristide, a coup engineered by the U.S. with years of economic destruction clearly intended to topple the elected government.

Clinton Betrayed Democracy, Economic Justice, and Women and Children in Honduras ]
Given information that has been revealed since 2009, we now know a lot more about the US support for the 2009 military coup. Hillary Clinton, who was secretary of state at the time, didn't necessarily push the button that started it, but she was the Obama administration's most ardent advocate of keeping the military in power and preventing Zelaya from returning as a democratically elected leader.

The repercussions to Honduras of Clinton siding with the military have led to it becoming one of the most corrupt and violence-ridden nations in the world. They also reveal the deep contradiction between Clinton's espousal of democracy and the rights of women and children, and her neoliberal realpolitik interest in protecting the markets and profits of US-based corporations.
...
Clinton may be out of office now, but she still vigorously defends her policy that guaranteed Zelaya would not be restored to his duly elected role -- and therefore would not continue his reforms on behalf of the working poor and peasants.

Hillary Clinton’s Link to a Nasty Piece of Work in Honduras
By supporting the June 28, 2009 coup d’état in Honduras when she was secretary of state, Clinton helped create the dire conditions that caused many of these children to flee. And the assassination of legendary Honduran human rights leader Berta Cáceres earlier this month can be traced indirectly to Clinton’s policies.
...
Pine, who has worked for many years in Honduras, told Dennis Bernstein of KPFA radio in 2014 that the military forces that carried out the coup were trained at the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (formerly called the U.S. Army School of the Americas) in Fort Benning, Ga. Although the coup was supported by the United States, it was opposed by the United Nations and the Organization of American States (OAS). The U.N. and the OAS labeled President Manuel Zelaya’s ouster a military coup.

“Hillary Clinton was probably the most important actor in supporting the coup [against the democratically elected Zelaya] in Honduras,” Pine noted. It took the United States two months to even admit that Honduras had suffered a coup, and it never did admit it was a military coup. That is, most likely, because the Foreign Assistance Act prohibits the U.S. from aiding a country “whose duly elected head of government is deposed by military coup or decree.”

And the results:

So now you send political operatives down there to organize you some carvans!

he open borders organization Pueblo Sin Fronteras distributed this press release to the governments of Central America, Mexico, and the United States of America. In the letter, Pueblo Sin Fronteras Demands that the United States government end the deportation of illegal immigrants and alleges that those illegally crossing the border into the United States be treated as “citizens.” Pueblo Sin Fronteras is the organization primarily responsible for the caravan of illegal migrants moving up through Mexico with the intentions of challenging the sovereignty of the United States and demanding immediate entry into the lower 48 states.

The demands of Pueblo Sin Fronteras echo the en vogue rhetoric over the past several months demanding voting rights and recognition of citizenship for persons illegally in the United States. This current reflexive argumentation mirrors the policies of George Soros’ Open Society Foundations and is one of the tenets of the concept of Open Societies. As stated in the home page of Sovereign Nations, the concept of Open Societies differs from Sovereign Nations in that they favor a globalist model where the sovereignty of nations must be subordinated to international law and global institutions. sovereignnations.com...

Next you embed your biggest hatchetman of a media front, such as BuzzFeed News, into the caravan:

BuzzFeed News sent photographer Luc Forsyth to cover the huge caravan of Central Americans traveling to the United States this spring. Forsyth and reporter Adolfo Flores accompanied the group from the southern border of Mexico and Honduras to Tijuana over the course of 32 days. We spoke with Forsyth about his experience in an interview that has been condensed and edited for clarity. www.buzzfeednews.com...

And viola, a perfectly orchestrated Refugee Crisis?!?

Not so fast.
Dont forget to spend years twisting up the language regarding all this immigration stuff. First you insist that people cant be called "illegal immigrants" but instead made up terms such as "undocumented workers" (ideally by smearing people as racists if they dont comply). Then towards the endgame of all this above, like the years just before you anticipate your propaganda caravans to embark and set upon your political rivals attempts at getting the national border (and subsequent flows of cartel crime & drugs) under control, you redefine "refuge".

You change it from this:

A political refugee is any person who is unwilling or unable to stay in the country of their nationality due to political persecution. A certain number of eligible foreign nationals are granted political refugee immigration status every year. www.legalmatch.com...

A refugee, according to the 1951 Refugee Convention, "is any person who, owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his/her nationality and is unable, or owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself/herself of the protection of that country". www.bbc.com...

To this:

fleeing gang and domestic violence.

News website al-Jazeera has decided it will not use migrant and "will instead, where appropriate, say refugee". An online editor for the network wrote: "It has evolved from its dictionary definitions into a tool that dehumanises and distances, a blunt pejorative." A Washington Post piece asked if it was time to ditch the word. www.bbc.com...

And now your Soft Refugee Crisis of the self-serving variety is compete.

#2: The 'Hard Refuge Crisis':

This is the more bare knuckle, rapid onset approach. It cares not if ten million homes are literally destroyed, a million people are blown to bits by the time its run it course.

But of course if you send in your own military to do it then it results in international outcry, and massive domestic pushback with all manner of political repurcusions. And its more expensive. So here Barack Obama & Hillary Clinton enlisted the eggheads over at Google, and the international narco-terrorism cartel Al Qaeda to go in and handle it more off the books.

First, you send in Google tech operatives to rabble-rouse the civilians into massive demonstrations and uprisings across the region:

Machine Guns, Bloody Lipstick, Google Secret Agents & Dirty Dossiers: The Big Story under the radar
ENTER GOOGLE

Google was essentially a CIA NSA NSF NASA DARPA startup from the beginning. Note the that hodgepodge of 'alphabet agencies' involved in their formation when noting in 2015 they changed their official company name to "Alphabet Inc." (around the same time they dropped their "Don't Be Evil" corporate slogan no less).

When Obama got in in 2008, well Google helped him. Eric Schmidt, Google CEO was the most visible during the campaign, and was famously so deep inside the Obama White House from the start one could almost call him part of Obama's cabinet.

Hillary's "senior advisor", Jared Cohen, left the State Dept. to join Google in 2010. Went to "run" Google's "Ideas" Department, today known as "Google Jigsaw". Jigsaw's description today opens up with "We’re an incubator within Alphabet that builds technology to tackle some of the toughest global security challenges facing the world today...". Sounds almost like a DOD outreach division so far. Now note that Jigsaw is in charge of Google's "fake news" counter front, which has DOD written all over it.

BEGIN THE ARAB SPRING

On January 25, 2011, Egyptian Google engineer Wael Ghonim created the Facebook page which triggered the Arab Spring. The story can be seen, along with all the back story of Syria & Libya, at about 2:06:48 in the documentary, HyperNormalisation. In 2011 he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for his role. In a later interview, when responding to the children that died as a result, you can see him break down "crying" (although no tears came out maybe he has broken tear ducts):

Now before we get too far from Google, note the WikiLeaks revelation how in July 2012, as the Syrian Rebellion wasn't panning out so well, Jared Cohen emailed Hillary's team with news on the "Defection Tracker" mapping tool they had developed to help foment the uprising. "Our logic behind this is that while many people are tracking the atrocities, nobody is visually tracking and mapping the defections, which we believe are important in encouraging more to defect and giving confidence to the opposition", Cohen said.

Turns out he was just the right man for Eric Schmidt's new division, then called the "Think / Do Tank", as Cohen already had experience in the foreign government subversion business.

'Cohen worked as a member of the secretary of state's policy planning staff from 2006 to 2010, when he was hired to lead Google Ideas, but was tied to using social media to incite uprisings even before he left the department. He once reportedly asked Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to hold off of conducting system maintenance that officials believed could have impeded a brief 2009 uprising in Iran, and Julian Assange, who founded the secret-leaking website WikiLeaks, has for years referred to Cohen as Google's "director of regime change."'
www.washingtonexaminer.com/clinton-email-google-sought-overthrow-of-syrias-assad/article/2586300

Now you send in Al Qaeda to start literally detonating the place, which inherently will trigger the government there to respond in kind. Be sure to label this proxy war you've ignited a "civil war", and make sure your lapdog media never uses their names (Al Qaeda) when reporting all of this, instead make up a nice happy euphamistic term such as "Moderate Rebels". To really best keep your herd bewildered, have your narco-terrorist proxy war army spilt into two, supposedly at odds with one another. Now that 'new faction' you do refer to by name in the news, and try to keep the spotlight on them as much as possible, while reporting it non-stop as if we had our actual military troops in there.

What's Al Qaeda doing working with the CIA the same year we supposedly just killed their messiah? Other happenings in December is that's when US forces had been completely pulled out of Iraq, leaving a vacuum that immediately was filled by ISIS (as Obama had been warned would happen).

In October 2011 Quaddafi gets killed in Libya via bayonet rectal-ectomy. Hillary Clinton says quote "We came, we saw, he died, hahaha!."

In February 2012 reports of US, Turkey & Jordan training Syrian rebels was in the open. In April, Qatar Paid $1 Million for Five Minutes With Bill Clinton while Hillary was Secretary of State. Then in June 2012, "CIA Said to Aid in Steering Arms to Syrian Opposition", operating from Turkey, by way of a shadowy network of intermediaries including Syria’s Muslim Brotherhood and paid for by Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. By Summer 2012, Hillary Clinton was on the open circuit been openly intent on arming the Syrian rebels.

If all goes according to plan, in a few short years about ten million homes might be destroyed, half a million people dead, and going this route you wont even have to bother with all that hassle of redefining "migrant" to "refugee", because they literally are refugees in such an instance. You might not even have to send in operatives to help organize the initial caravans, with that many people suddenly homeless they might just form organically, but it sure wouldn't hurt either to help your endgame along in a more crisp orchestrated fashion.

And now you've got yourself a Hard Refugee Crisis of the self-serving variety.

Haven't had a chance to read the articles yet (I had already read that BuzzFlash one about Hillary betraying democracy though), but I after reading the OP and quoted material, I must say that you have helped to connect some dots and geopolitical events that I did not recognize as political maneuvering and positioning by certain groups.

Very well thought-out and put together OP. Looking forward to digging deeper into th2 methods of refugee crisis you have described here....

It is disgusting to me that poverty and war-stricken communities are being used as pawns for political gain... some sick people we have had "representing" us...

I knwo. Its shocking the depths of depravity ObamaHillaryCo., moreover our Elite Masters that owned them, went to with all of this. Not that the devastation BushCheneyCo. unleashed (which facilitated all of this) was a picnic for people. But damn man going to such all time 'Hall of Fame' grade diabolical calculated efforts to not only run roughshod over millions of people, but to include into your agenda a more or less overt social war of international implications upon your host nation(s), its not only unspeakable its unthinkable (which must be why they expect it to actually work in the long term). Note NATO was also lockstep with the CIA in setting the Middle East ablaze with ObamaHillaryCo.

Our Elite Masters, clearly they either expect to win, or if they fail they've embraced the model of being immortalized in history as only the 'best' of the evil tyrants in history ever are.

This, and more like it, is whats behind the tabloid curtain our Elite Masters keep over our eyes. Dossiers, porn stars, red scares, Indian DNA, and so on, thats where they try to keep our attention and as long as we give it to them and go and talk about it we're doing their bidding not unlike how when we support a war thats obviously a lie at some point to some degree the blood in on all of our hands too.

Here's the junta ObamaHillaryCo. installed in Honduras in 2009:

Son Of The Former President Of Honduras Sentenced To 24 Years In Prison For Conspiring To Import Cocaine Into The United States
Joon H. Kim, the Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced today that FABIO PORFIRIO LOBO was sentenced to 288 months in prison for conspiring to import coc aine into the United States. LOBO pled guilty on May 16, 2016, before U.S. District Judge Lorna G. Schofield, who imposed today’s sentence. LOBO’s father, Porfirio Lobo, served as president of Honduras between 2010 and 2014. Acting Manhattan U.S. Attorney Joon H. Kim said: “By his own admission, Fabio Lobo conspired to import huge quantities of coc aine into the U.S. To assist traffickers and enrich himself, Lobo used his father’s position and his own connections to bring drug traffickers together with corrupt police and government officials. Now, Fabio Lobo has been sentenced to the substantial prison term his crimes merit.”

Top U.S.-Backed Honduran Security Minister Is Running Drugs, According to Court Testimony
The Honduran minister of security, who was intimately involved in solidifying the 2009 coup, is tied up in drug trafficking, according to testimony from a Mexican drug-trafficker-turned-DEA-informant in U.S. court. In November 2016, as the world’s attention was fixated on the surprise election of Donald Trump as president of the United States, two nephews of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro were found guilty on drug trafficking charges. The conviction was another feather in the cap of U.S. prosecutors who have been targeting the Venezuelan government with corruption and drug trafficking investigations. But in the South Florida courtroom, the testimony of José Santos Peña also implicated Julián Pacheco Tinoco, a former Honduran military official with long ties to the U.S. security apparatus.

Organized crime is not a separate activity but rather woven into the very fabric of Honduras’s kleptocracy
The year 2014 was when bulk shipments to the United States of another commodity began, both from and through Honduras: unaccompanied minors fleeing Central America.391 So lucrative is the trade that it is difficult to imagine well-established trafficking rings passing it up. Other obvious forms of contraband that may be smuggled through Honduras include sex workers, weapons, and counterfeit consumer goods. Further research is required to ascertain whether the networks organizing these varieties of trade overlap with drug-trafficking networks and/or key elements of Honduras’s kleptocracy.

Honestly ignorance is bliss.

I know all of this and it makes me sick. The utter depravity of the elites makes me want to forget. Just not to think about it.

The fools just can’t see. I don’t want to see anymore. It’s tiring trying to help people see and they just can’t or won’t.

But then i think about what could be. And i return to the fight. A voice crying in the wilderness.

If we could unite... People have to see who the enemy actually is. The scales could tip.

I beg to differ!

We ignore TPTB and this is what they get away with.

If Right & Left marched together every time this sort of BS became public, and people were held accountable pragmatically, then this BS would wither.

Instead we all ignore it, and all this suffering across the globe endures in our name. I call it the "I Factor" (as in The Me Me Me Me Factor), the notion of ignorance being "bliss".

Not an important topic, eh ATS?

Honduran Democracy Still in Crisis 7 Years After Coup
Seven years after the U.S.-backed coup in Honduras, the Central American country’s democracy is still in crisis, epitomized perhaps most clearly by the recent murder of internationally-renowned environmental leader Berta Caceres. Assassinated after years of resisting unwanted corporate projects on Indigenous land and an onslaught of neoliberal policies and government repression in the wake of the coup, Caceres has brought global attention to the the fatal criminalization of political dissenters—with both U.S. funding and near total impunity—and grave human rights crisis in post-coup Honduras.

In the early hours of June 28, 2009, a military coup ousted democratically elected President Manuel Zelaya, flying him to exile in Costa Rica. Zelaya had planned to hold a non-binding poll on whether to hold a referendum in the upcoming election on convening a constituent assembly to rewrite the Honduran constitution.

Zelaya, of the Liberal Party, showed a progressive turn during his presidency by raising the minimum wage, negotiating land deals with campesino movements, and joining the Venezuelan-led regional energy alternative ALBA, in addition to opening the conversation on a constituent assembly.

Coup-backers accused Zelaya of attempting to manipulate the Honduran constitution to extend his presidency, which was limited to one term in Honduras before a Supreme Court ruling last year changed the wording in the constitution. Despite allegations that Zelaya was trying to strong-arm his way into staying in power—a key justification for the coup—the non-binding poll would not have changed the fact that he was barred from running for reelection in November 2009 race.

The coup against Zelaya was widely condemned by governments across Latin America, the European Union, the Organization of American States and other regional blocs.

In contrast, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton admitted in her autobiography “Hard Choices” that she used her power to stir the crisis into a favorable outcome for the U.S., even if it meant forgetting about democracy. “We strategized on a plan to restore order in Honduras and ensure that free and fair elections could be held quickly and legitimately, which would render the question of Zelaya moot,” she wrote in her book. The “free and fair” elections that Clinton envisioned included a media blackout and targeted assassinations of anti-coup leaders ahead of the polls. No international institutions monitored the elections.

I've yet to see another person bring this up the past 2 years.

What I was saying in my pre-sleep delerium, is ignorance is bliss, except its not. I can't unknow what I know. I can't stop fighting no matter how much I just want to live my life, and not having to be the crazed lunatic conspiracy theorist (even though I only argue with well documented lines of evidence)

I have hope that one day we will put down the silly distractions, the right vs. left, and unite as one people against the psychopathic elite.

"Take all that money we spend on weapons and defenses each year and instead spend it feeding and clothing and educating the poor of the world, which it would pay for many times over, not one human being excluded, and we could explore space, together, both inner and outer, forever, in peace.” - Bill Hicks

I think the reason for lack of replies is the depth and breadth of this issue, it is almost too much to contemplate all at once and form a coherent response. I'm guessing most people who read this agree with what you posted and are happy to be informed but we find ourselves in the same place we often find ourselves in - what can we do about it? We could chant "lock her up" but obviously that doesn't get us anywhere.

I'm now wondering if these "migrant" caravans are the people who were directly affected by the coup (and have inside info) and maybe they were told to come to the US and they will be deposed by the DOJ and build a case against Hillary. That would be the best case scenario and would actually explain a few things.

Thanks.

You start by helping me make it front page, then set about reposting it far and wide. In 2006 this thing would have been reposted dozens of times across the Internet by now just a couple days in.

Its happened about that this is the only 'social media' front I have time to ordeal with. Fox News (Rupert Murdoch) suicided Myspace because of that very 'reposted dozens of times' sort of situation. I cant even get into FACEbook not without providing them my FACE thats the password now to make a new account which i refuse, no time to spend building up some 'fanbase' whatever in it or the others anyways. Cant get into my last active blog spot. Making a new one would be eons just to see it show up at all in google let alone be fruitful, and thats assuming the spot wouldnt be censosred from search (it would be). Lacking the resources let alone time to build to make video newscasts of pieces like this on the fly, while I was one of the first on youtube censosrship chopping block like 10 years ago and always will be. Blacklisted by Infowars all these years. Of particular concern is without resulting debate its all boring, as is preaching to a choir. Here solves so many those issues for the spotty inconsistent time I get to fart around with this stuff, and when I manage something really important, exclusive, thats taken forever to put together, quality presentation, it getting on the front page here at "Above Top Secret" its rather expected. To get on the front page it requires 30+ flags or 200+ comments in the first day (generally speaking), and if it doesnt then down the memory hole it goes. And when when something of this cutting edge scale doesnt its frustrating if not offensive, it causes you to really lose faith in there being any hope to save this society let alone our species. Also of concern it doesnt seem like anybody around here goes around reposting important stuff like 'we all did' back in the day.

Anyways this is ATS, we're supposed to be a cut above the rest, above the MSM's BS tabloid rag tunnel vision reality. FFS what they tell us to talk about it seems thats all everyone is interested even willing to anymore. And when that day comes to ATS its a symptom of total defeat by our Elite Masters.
