The Virginia Colony was established 13 years before the Mayflower arrived.

We've locked horns in the past but I wanted to say I think you're spot on in this assessment.

This is an interesting exercise.

At first I thought this was a fool's errand. What's now is now and nothing can change it.

But the ideas I've read lead to interesting story ideas, perhaps similar to how Tarantino came up with "Inglorious Basterds".

Sadly, no matter how noble one's intentions may be, you'd never know that the event you erased wouldn't be replaced by something worse.

All that said, I would definitely change the outcome of the '92 NBA Finals. I know it's very selfish but...
