I am curious if anyone on here deals with or has experience practicing past life recognition. It is somthing ive always been interested in, but now would really like to find out

I have been in that study once and i personally didnt retrieve the result. Perhaps I wasnt interested enough. but i think the results showed something.

Try a hypnotherapist. A good one will not lead you with certain questions, but can bring out whatever it is you see while under hypnosis. Check out stories on youtube. Fascinating stuff!

I relived my last few hours of my last lifetime after spending time meditating on the idea,
but that might not work for everyone.

One person I can recommend looking up is Dr Brian Weiss

He has a lot of material on past lives and from my own experience some of what he says is valid.
When I stood on the place where I died many years before, I had my first psychic vision,
that was at the age of 10.

Didn't relive that past life until my mid 20's,
and didn't hear about standing on the place where you died causing visions until my mid30's when I worked on a website as a moderator and he was one of the guest speakers one evening.

So it all kind of clicked and validated him to me.

Anyways, look him up, there is a lot on youtube about him as well and a lot of good information.

Also there are a few threads on reincarnation if you do a seach that might have some good info.
But as always, unless you can relive something for yourself, keep skeptical.

relax you've never been someone else in the past, you're just hoping to be, its you now and get the best of it because when you die its over for you and dont think of any hopes after that

there is more to life than we can physically see or scientifically explain.
