Sure, the timing was suspect, the lack of details, the failure to go through actual legal channels and the propegators being largely partisan in nature.

But as president, the first thing to consider is this: Up until September of 2017, all of the successes and failures, falls on the prior president and administration. That is how the government works, all budgets and policies usually start in September and end in September the following year.

So during the first year up until September it is reasonable that any failures belong to the prior administration but also successes.

So it is not the first year, but the remaining three, that way we can see how well the presidents policies are doing.

Honestly I have no idea if my taxes will go up or down when I file my 2018 return. Because most of the tax plan doesnt go into effect until then.

Agreed to work with the European Union towards zero tariffs, zero non-tariff barriers, and zero subsides.
But we had a plan to do that before Trump pulled us out of the TTIP.

That is my problem. Some of the things in their are good. But they purposefully hid bad things to pad out the list and make them seem good.
