As most of us know, the 9th Circuit Court (West Coast) has traditionally been extremely liberal. President Trump is adding a record number of CONSERVATIVE judges to the courts that render most decisions in this country.

Among them is the 9th Circuit Court.. despite strong objections from Kamala Harris and Dianne Feinstein:

President Trump is plowing ahead to fill three vacancies on the liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, brushing aside Democratic resistance to nominate conservative judges.

Presidents traditionally work with senators from judicial nominees' home state -- in this case, California -- to put forward judicial picks. They often seek what's known as a "blue slip," or an opinion from those senators.

But in a snub to California Democratic Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, the White House announced Wednesday that Trump had nominated Patrick Bumatay, Daniel Collins and Kenneth Kiyul Lee (all from the Golden State, and reportedly all members of the conservative Federalist Society) to the influential circuit. The court, with a sprawling purview representing nine Western states, has long been a thorn in the side of the Trump White House, with rulings against the travel ban and limits on funding to "sanctuary cities."

GOP critics have branded the court the “Nutty 9th,” in part because many of its rulings have been overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Just last night, the Republican-led Senate confirmed a whopping 15 justices nominated by President Trump!

To President Trump's delight, Democrats have been so focused on non-important issues and hate, they completely overlooked one of the most important things a President can do to shape society: To fill the nation's court system with like-minded justices.

President Trump said on a FoxNews show the other day that he was "completely but pleasantly surprised" by how President Obama ignored filling judicial vacancies and naming replacements within the 2nd and 3rd level courts in this country.

While any President would want to appoint like-minded judges, I fear a county who has all the people in power thinking the same way. Don't get me wrong, the divide we have now is much too great. However, in general, checks and balances exist for a reason.

When you use every opportunity presented to you to not work with, obstruct and snub the president. Don't be sad when he is no longer willing to work with you.

You reap what you sow.

Hmmm, wonder what kind of beer these people drank in high school and whom they drank it with? Were there any ice cube throwing incidents that the public should know?

I DEMAND HEARINGS! HEARINGS THAT LAST FOREVER!

About 80% of the decisions that came out of the liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals were overturned by the Supreme Court.

That court was in sore need of Constitutional non-activist judges.

It is good that we are once again returning to a judiciary that abides by the Constitution and the rule of law, rather than making your own rules up.

You mean when Obama had a super-majority in the House and Congress the Republicans still thwarted him?

Even though he didn't need a single Republican vote?

That word you used, fact? I don't think it means what you think it means.

Too bad they used Hillarys civility idea during the Kavanaugh hearings.
Funny now they wonder why their suggestions fall on deaf ears.

When the 9th circuit leans right trump can be civil again
When they go low, we kick them

Right?

Elections have consequences.

The 9th Circuit is long overdue for a change in ideological leaning. It had long been the most overturned district by SCOTUS.

They used "Liberal" judges to stall specific issues.

And Obama used "limited" appointments as a "Cloward-Piven" strategy.

Overload = chaos

Right up their alley.

He will go down as one of the greatest American presidents.

The Scotus Changed for generations.

Lower court FIXED from judicial hackery.

Solid economic numbers until the FED.

Exposed the left for what they've always been.

Change YOU CAN BELIEVE IN.

That's why he was the best puppet the left ever elected. And they knew they'd have to do it by using a man who identified as black, that way anyone who disagreed could be slandered and called a racist. A move so smart it turned the country against them.
